Explore Lake Ontario and the Bronte Creek aboard 'Myles Ahead Sportfishing'! Head out of Bronte Harbor in search of Salmon and Trout aboard this family-owned charter with Captain Jeff Dickert. He's got over a decade of experience and vast knowledge of the local marine life.
Your vessel for the day is a 31' Tiara offshore sport fishing boat, ideal for groups of 8 who all want to fish at the same time. There's plenty of room on the fishing platform for everyone to fish at the same time and there's even a private toilet inside the cabin.
You'll make good use of the downriggers while you troll for Chinook Salmon, Rainbow and Lake Trout. If you head down in the spring and you'll hook plenty of Rainbow Trout as they prepare for their migration upstream. Once the waters warm-up, it's all about taking advantage of the delicious Chinook Salmon run.
Shimano rods, reels, and tackle await on board to ensure you have a productive day. Capt. Jeff provides a variety of lures to entice the bite of your targets and at the end of the day, he or his first mate clean your keeper catch.
Pack your food and drinks for the day and pleae avoid glass packaging when you can. Remember to pick up a valid Ontario fishing license online and you're good to go!

The captain and crew are extremely experienced. They switched lures and adjusted tactics based on the daily fish conditions throughout the trip. Captain Randy was generous with his time, patiently sharing lots of fishing knowledge with us. At the end of the day, he filleted all our keeper catch for us. Super professional service, highly recommend!

The few of us just learning landed very nice fish. The boat was pretty accomedating for its size, with a group of five it just enough for us to double up and land the fish. Very up-to-date. The entire experience was great. It was enough to consider taking another trip with them.

I've never seen two guys work so had to put us over fish. Randy and Jim were working as a team discussing tactics and lures all the time. It looked like the day wasn't going to pan out as planned. Then with just over an hour to go we started to hit fish. Coho's, Rainbows and the final fish on the boat was a very impressive Laker. My son and his cousin told me afterwards that it was the best fishing day they ever had. Thanks to Jeff for organising and putting up with all my questions from Ireland and to Randy and Jim for never giving up. I'd definitely recommend Myles Ahead Fishing Charters for your days fishing.

The best part of the trip was watching Captain Randy fillet our four fish, at the back of the boat, standing up in 10’ swells. Amazing crew, with the gear, and the chatting. Highly recommend.

Weather forecast would normally keep sane persons on-shore, however our Party was staffed with TRUE Fisherman... Rained almost all day, some of Our Crew Chummed the Water for the Benefit of all. Fish hooked, landed and put in ice chest. Jim and Randy are Experts at what they do. Boat and Equipment are Top-Notch. Was a Great Trip for Our Crew.
