You'll head out on a large 40' Pacemaker Sportfisherman boat, powered by twin 385 HP Crusader engines. It can accommodate up to 6 anglers. Being 15' wide, it offers a comfortable and spacious cabin with seating for everyone, plus a big back deck that is never too crowded. The boat also has a bathroom on board for your convenience.
The crew will provide you with all the fishing equipment you'll need – rods, reels, tackle, and lures. Note that you'll have to buy Wisconsin fishing licenses on board at $14 per person. If you want to take some of the catch home, the captain will be happy to clean and fillet the fish, so you can take it straight to the table.
There are morning and afternoon trips, with start times varying depending on the month and target species. You will have the opportunity to go after species like Chinook and Coho Salmon, as well as Rainbow, Lake, and Brown Trout. The captain will suggest the best starting times, and adjust them to work with any group's trip.

We booked a day trip for five adults. Four of us have no deep water fishing experience. Captain Frank messaged us the day before the trip and suggested that we leave earlier because the fishing was great before dawn. We took his advice are are so glad we did! We were pulling in one fish after another and quickly hit our limit for the day! Then Captain Frank fileted the fish right there for us. Great time on the water. 100% recommend.

Captain Frank was very organized. He had over 15 rods and lures set up and as the fish were taking certain lures, he quickly changed out the rod/lure combinations that were not working. He trolled 6 lines at once covering a wide area. He was very knowledgeable about fish, fishing and the surrounding area, having been a charter captain for 29 years! The boat is fantastic, big and wide, lots of covered space and on-board toilet. Although we had 4-6 ft waves, we never were concerned the boat couldn’t handle it, especially with Captain Frank at the helm. We fished as if it was a calm day. Have fun on a trip with Captain Frank!
