Head out to Naples or Marco Island and visit 2 Thumbs Up Fishing Charters and Captain Stanley Bryant. They offer inshore, nearshore, flats, and backcountry fishing trips. Captain Stanley has the knowledge and skills to put you on the bite and help you enjoy Florida’s marine world to the fullest.

You’ll use a 20’ Skeeter bay boat powered by a 115 HP Yamaha engine. It holds enough room for up to 4 anglers and is equipped with a modern GPS system that will keep you on the course all the time. The boat’s got an ice-box to keep your drinks and fish stay cool, and the wireless trolling motor will allow you to approach the fish more carefully. Also, the boat’s got a livewell.

Captain Stanley uses light tackles and specializes in spinning. Some of the fish you and he will target are Snook, Goliath Grouper, Jack Crevalle, Redfish, Black Drum, Mangrove Snapper, and Spanish Mackerel. Feel free to also ask the captain about near offshore trips, if that’s more your thing. Your kids are more than welcome to come along. Bring them as well and create wonderful family memories. Also, you’re free to keep all the fish (within regulations) that you catch.

The captain will cover you for rods, reels, tackle, as well as live bait and lures. He’ll also provide licenses and water. Yours is just to pack some food and you’re ready to go.

Great day of fishing!!

Capt. Stanley is very knowledgeable about the waters around Naples and put us on fish within the first 30 minutes. We caught many different species of fish today even with very high winds, and unfortunately some of the bigger reds and snook didn't want to play nice. So don't worry, we left them out there waiting for your next trip. I can't wait to book another trip the next time I'm done. I would highly recommend any trip you could book with Stanley.

Charli’s perspective (age 12): We went out with Captain Stanley in July 2025, and it was amazing from start to finish! He taught us how to throw cast nets to catch our own bait, took us boating through the mangroves, and brought us to the best fishing spots. We ended up catching mangrove snappers, redfish, ladyfish, and even some catfish. Captain Stanley knows exactly what he’s doing—he’s the best captain we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go again!

Fun Fishing Frenzy

We had the best day fishing with Captain Stanley! Our two grandsons are visiting from Ohio and the four of us caught 50+ fish. Stanley filleted our fish and we took them to the Snook Inn to be cooked. They were delicious! We had a dolphin following us all day and that added some extra fun. Stanley was knowledgeable about where to find fish, put our bait on the hook, caste into the best spots, gave great advice, and was patient, kind and fun. Two thumbs up 👍👍 for a great day on the water. We highly recommend Captain Stanley and will definitely be using him for future charters.

A Great Day for Fishing!

Captain Stanley was a great guide and boat captain for my dad and I on a half-day fishing charter. He was on-time, friendly, and was generous with fishing advice. During the tour, Captain Stanley took us to a number of different spots to try both fake and live bait. For the live bait, Captain Stanley was kind enough to bait our hooks for us and he also was kind enough to filet our fish upon arriving back at the dock! Definitely not expected, but much appreciated. Captain Stanley had everything we needed for the trip and I would gladly book another charter with him. We managed to catch a bunch of different fish from red snapper to sheep's head to jack crevalle.

Stanley is Awesome!

Went fishing today with Stanley, and we had a blast, caught a bunch of fish (4 keepers), saw some dolphins, birds and just had a great time. Stanley was informative, kind, helpful, and busy helping my three girls and me bait hooks and take lots of caught fish off of them. I highly recommend Stanley.
