All trips are family-friendly and suitable for anglers of all skill levels. Whether it’s your first time holding a rod or you’re here to level-up your game, you’re at the right place.
Jim is proud to be skippering his own spacious purpose-built vessel to suit your individual needs. This 20’ Stessco center console is capped at 4 passengers plus crew to provide a more intimate setting along with more one on one time with the skipper. She’s powered by a 200 HP Yamaha engine and features modern navigational electronics, a live bait tank, an esky, and quality fishing gear by Shimano.
The beautiful waters of the Whitsundays offer a variety of fishing spots with all kinds of fish species. You can expect Coral Trout, Tropical Snapper, Sweetlip Emperor, Nannygai, Mackerel, and more. Switch between trolling, bottom fishing, and spinning to catch your favorite fish. You can have the whole boat to yourself, or take a shared trip and join other anglers.
We’ll take care of your fishing equipment, food, and drinks. You only need to bring along something to take your catch home in and it’s recommended to bring your sunglasses, hats, and long sleeve shirt.

Communication with Jim was super easy. He was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and also helpful, patient and kind to myself and parents who were fishing for the first time. We caught some amazing variety of fish both large and small and were given recommendations on how to cook it. He also filleted and bagged everything up for us. The whole charter was smooth sailing start to finish. Overall just had an awesome day, catch and feed. Will defs book Jim and his charter tour again next time. Thanks for having us!

It was an absolute pleasure going out on the boat with Jim. Caught a variety of good eating fish with Jims help and expert insight. Not only were we pleased with the fishing, but were happy admiring the islands, mountains and landscape in the surrounding areas off-shore. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic Morning fishing

We have been on this charter 2 years ago and it was a highlight for us then so we decided to return again. We are really happy we did and had a great day on the water. We caught several different species of fish including a massive Cod. We also got to spot some Whales playing in the distance. Jim was so helpful and he knows what he is doing. Highly recommended

We had so much fun, conditions turned on for us. Jim had great communication, easily kept us baited and hooking up. Even when things got a little chaotic he kept his cool. Also very informative. Spectacular scenery and again, so much fun. Would highly recommend going with Jim, would also go with him again the next time I'm in airlie beach.
