Legacy Fishing Barbados invites you down to Bridgetown to enjoy a relaxing day with your family or a tournament-style adventure. Whatever your plans are for the next Barbadian vacation, make sure to include the Legacy crew in them.
You will be fishing with Captain Jono Jones. Son of the famous Barbadian jockey and trainer, Jono began his successful career at the young age of 14.
Legacy Fishing Barbados offers a selection of packages to choose from that can fit any budget. Cruise along the shore or venture up to 15 miles out. Check the morning bite or spend a whole day on the waters.
On your day out, you can expect to catch Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Blue Marlin, Tuna, Barracuda, and Sailfish. And a lot of them! You will be able to master your cast or learn a new fishing technique, including jigging, bottom fishing, and trolling.
All you need to do is hop on board the ‘Legacy,’ a 33’ sport fisherman boat. The beauty comes powered by twin 370 HP inboard Cummins engines for more security and speed. She can take you and seven fishing buddies to the hottest grounds quickly and safely.
The Legacy is fully rigged with everything you need to save your time while reaching for fish. She also offers all the comforts of home, including a full toilet and a bedroom.
The Legacy has also won the Barbados International Bill Fish Tournament and placed second on two occasions, as well as placing second in the Tobago International Bill Fish Tournament and in the top ten boats in the St. Lucia International Bill Fish Tournament.
All trips come with Penn rods, reels, lures, drinks, snacks, and the fish cleaning and filleting service.

3/4 Day Trip
Deep Sea Fishing Trip
Had a very good days fishing out from Bridgetown aboard charter boat Legacy with Captain Jonathon Jones. Both Captain and mate were knowledgeable and informative. We managed a fine catch of 12 Dorado and 3 Wahoo of various sizes. We also managed to catch one Dorado using our own spinning rod and lure which was good. The trip culminated in my friend latching into a Blue Marlin which was estimated at approximately 100 pounds or thereabouts. All in all a very enjoyable trip. We both would recommend Jonathon as a captain as well as the young crew hand.

Brilliant day's fishing
Went trolling yesterday with Captain Jono and his mate Garry on Legacy', despite far from perfect conditions ( very rough ) , we had the most fantastic day , 12 wahoo , including one very big fish , 3 dolphin fish , ( mahi), and 3 barracuda , this two man team worked tirelessly putting fresh baits in the water continuously to maximise results. If you are serious about catching fish on a well managed boat with a hugely experienced skipper look no further . Wes and Kay Gregory

Great fishing experience in Barbados
Went on fishing charter with my two sons age 17 and 12. Captain Jon and Tarik were very nice and got us on the fish! My son checked off two bucket list dishes catching a very large wahoo around 30 pounds and a Mahi Mahi. Overall was very happy. Good communication and transportation to and from hotel provided.
