I have been a sea person from young. I am Barbadian-born and have been fishing for about 20 to 25 years. Prior to this, an I guess the sea is in my blood. I love catching fish and interacting with my guests. All juvenile billfish caught on Betsy B Charters trips are released to ensure the protection of the species and the local fisheries.

Half Day Trip (PM) • 6 adults • 2 children6 family members enjoyed a super half day fishing experience aboard Jono's legacy boat. We caught Barracuda which made our son's day (first time). Unfortunately it was just one catch but the crew worked tirelessly changing up the bait and doing their utmost to get the bite. The crew were really friendly, and made us feel very comfortable on our trip. They also supplied soft drinks, beers, snacks and some delicious tuna sarnies which was much appreciated. Would we return, absolutely. What a superb experience. Thank you Jono and the team!

Full Day Trip • 6 adultsFantastic! Well worth the money, very attentive crew and Jono is a very knowledgeable captain. He knew exactly where to go find all the fish and we caught loads! Couldnt fault it and it was the most fabulous way to celebrate my 70th birthday! I’ll remember this forever! I’ll be back Jono to finish emptying out the seas one fish at a time! well done and thank you - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ***** 5stars !!!!!

Another beautiful day in paradise. We fished offshore of the North West coast in calm seas and caught four Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), three Wahoo and four Barracudas.

Beautiful weather, calm seas and excellent fishing. We fished along the South East coast and caught four Wahoo, with the largest one weighing in at 51 lbs. We also caught four Barracuda to round off a very enjoyable fishing trip

Whole Day fishing Trip

We fished off of the south East coast and went to birds which were feeding and saw a Blue Marlin under the birds. one of our Penn 50 International lines went tight, but instead of the Marlin, we had on a Dolphin which we landed, after a good fight and weighed 50 lbs. We also caught 2 more dolphin, 2 Wahoo and 4 Barracudas to round off a great days fishing.

Another beautiful day in paradise and a great fishing day, Our trip started from the Careenage, in Bridgetown, when we left the mooring around 7.30 am. We fished along the South/South East coast and caught 6 Barracudas and a 15lb Bull Dolphin (Mahi Mahi). We fished 50 Penn International rod and reels with 50 lb nylon line and the Dolphin lived up to its reputation as an excellent fighter..

We departed the mooring in Bridgetown around 7.30 am and shortly afterwards put our lines in the water, just off of the Hilton Hotel. We trolled along the South East coast of Barbados and caught two lovely Wahoo.

4 hour private fishing trip

Departed the Careenage at 8.00 am Saturday morning for a wonderful morning's fishing along the South coast of the island. Quite an eventful trip with a shark biting off the tail of the first Wahoo which we caught and you can see the unfortunate Wahoo in the picture. We caught a further two Wahoo and a Barracuda, which thankfully we landed whole.
