He started at the Great Lakes, where he grew up, and moved to Florida for its diversity and amazing year-round opportunities. Being a former educator, Capt. Paul loves to teach adults & kids new tactics and methods while creating lifelong memories along the way.
It all starts on a 24' Key West boat that accommodates up to 4 guests. This hybrid bay boat is perfect for the local waters and offers a safe and reliable ride no matter where you go. Powered by a 200 HP Yamaha engine and reaches the maximum speed of 40 knots. The boat features navigational electronics, 2 live bait tanks, and a wireless trolling engine. Boat safety, organization, and a tidy deck are your captain's priorities.
It's hard to point a finger on just one specialty of Capt. Paul. He specializes in variety, as he does his best to stay knowledgeable with various species and techniques and is considered to be one of the area's top guides. He works hard to put you on fish and you can catch all kinds of species on this trip. Some of them are Redfish, Snook, Barracuda, Amberjack, Cobia, Kingfish, and many more. If conditions are right, you are guaranteed to catch fish!
All fishing equipment and licenses are included in the price. The captain lets you keep the catch and he'll also clean it free of charge. You only need to pack your snacks, drinks, and sun protection.

today we had the pleasure of going fishing with Capt. paul, and what an experience it turned out to be, we have used other charters in the past and nothing comes close to what this man dose to put you on fish, even when the fishing is tough with bad winds and current he is knowledgeable enough to find spots to put you on fish and with hopes of latching onto a Goliath he tried everything possible to catch one up, we walked away with enough fish to eat for a long time and I don't know if I would of been happier even landing a Goliath, his first mate Steve did an incredible job helping my 10yr old son who ended up catching most of the fish, just an incredible experience 12/10 recomend

Had an awesome day, 10-miles out in the Gulf (near Manasota Key, FL) today! Caught our limit of Mangrove Snapper in the first hour, then onto some Almaco Jack, Spanish Mackerel, Lane Snapper, Key West Grunts, and two nice Goliath Groupers (25 and 35 lbs; catch and release). Such good times! Captain Paul was an EXCELLENT host and really made the day special. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, patient, and you could easily tell he was having a great time also. My wife and I had the best day ever!

What a great day out on the water with Paul! Catching fish right of the bat and keepthem coming all day long! Paul was such a great help with our less experienced anglers! Was such a great trip look forward to going again next year!

I grew up in PA near the Great Lakes. I have had a passion for fishing since my childhood when my dad used to take my brothers and me. I was an educator for 25 years and promoted fishing through clubs at the school where I taught, educating others on fishing comes naturally to me. Tournament fished for Muskies and Walleye up north and also targeted other species including Salmon, Steelhead, Perch, Bass, Pike, Trout, and more. Being involved with the fishing industry from my early twenties, I have made many connections through my own lure manufacturing business of 15 years. My passion for fishing ultimately brought me here to Englewood, FL where I reside today and have been guiding since 2015. The saltwater diversity intrigues me to the point of never getting enough! The mystery of never knowing what you might catch drives me every day and the client memories that come along with each and every catch are priceless.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
