Your trip takes place on a 21' Pathfinder bay boat, designed for premium inshore fishing. Powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine, this boat accommodates up to three guests comfortably. It's equipped with high-end fishing gear provided by Captain David's sponsors, a live bait tank, a fighting chair, and a Yeti cooler to keep your drinks and snacks fresh. With top-quality rods, reels, and tackle on board, you'll have everything needed for a successful day of fishing.
The waters of Biscayne Bay are full of incredible fishing opportunities. The main targets on these trips are tarpon and snook, but you'll also have the chance to reel in jack crevalle, barracuda, sheepshead, mangrove snapper, and grouper. The tides and conditions shift throughout the day, making each trip unique and action-packed. One moment you might be battling a tarpon, and the next, a barracuda could be testing your skills.
Everything you need for a great day on the water is included in the trip price. All fishing gear, tackle, and drinking water are provided. Just bring some sun protection, snacks, and a cooler if you plan to take home your fresh catch. Captain David will even clean and fillet it for you at no extra charge.

Yesterday was nothing short of extraordinary out on the water with Captain David Cohen. He took us straight to one of the best spots for giant tarpon, and from the moment we arrived, you could feel something special was about to happen.
Then it hit, hooking into a true prehistoric monster. The power of the tarpon was unreal, a relentless fight that tested every bit of strength and stamina. It was hard work from start to finish, the kind of battle you never forget.
Thankfully, Dave was there every step of the way guiding, encouraging, and making sure we got it done. An unforgettable experience and a memory that will last a lifetime.

We had an incredible experience on our charter fishing trip today! Even though the morning started off pretty cold, our captain was extremely professional, respectful, and fully committed to making sure we had a great time. He went above and beyond to find a warmer spot for us to fish, and thanks to his knowledge and determination, he succeeded.
Not only did we catch fish, but the most amazing part was that every single one was a different species! It made the trip even more exciting and memorable. You can really tell he knows the waters well and takes pride in giving his guests the best possible experience.
We had so much fun from start to finish. As a bonus, he even saved a stranded pelican — but that’s a story he’ll have to tell you when you book with him!
Highly recommend this charter to anyone looking for a fun, professional, and unforgettable fishing adventure. We’ll definitely be back!

Where do I start? I booked this trip for my husband and 7 year old son. As soon as we booked Captain David called to confirm the trip. He’s wonderful and polite and was determined to make sure my boys had a great trip. The evening before they went out he called to give directions and make sure they were all set up. After they left the dock they headed out to catch bait (mullet). They ended up double hooking tarpon, catching a HUGE barracuda, and a shark! Captain David created a core memory for my son answering all of his questions and giving them the experience of a life time! I can’t recommend this trip enough!

Perfect Day on the Water

We had an incredible trip with Captain Dave! He put us on a massive snook, tarpon, and even some sand sharks. When the kids (6 and 7) needed more consistent action, he quickly rigged up smaller bait so they could reel in plenty of fish too. He was fantastic with the boys—patient, encouraging, and happy to answer all their questions. Both of them even got to reel in the sharks, which was absolutely unforgettable.
This trip created a core memory for our family, and Dave was the perfect guide to make it happen. Highly recommend booking with him, you won’t be disappointed!

The Tarpon even started to come to the boat at the end but the live mullet blow ups are something I always loves as a kid!! Can’t wait to see uuu guys again!!

Amazing morning fishing trip!!!!

We had an unbelievable experience with David this morning. Four monster Tarpon all running between 150 and near 200 pounds. It was my son’s and I first time to ever fish for Tarpon and boy, did we get a fabulous trip! David was unbelievable. He worked so very hard for us to have a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough, great things about him, his knowledge and expertise for putting us on Tarpon. Thank you, David and I can’t wait to come back and do this again.
