Right from the start, we felt completely at ease. Everything was sorted down to the last detail – the equipment, the boat, the food and drinks… Alex and Luci’s personalities made the trip even more enjoyable. They were so friendly, thoughtful and passionate about what they do. They were just as delighted as we were when we caught two big wahoo’s. After that, they did their absolute best to help us catch more and make things as comfortable as possible, even when I wasn’t feeling too well due to seasickness. It was a brilliant day that I – but especially my two sons, who really looked up to Alex – won’t forget! The next time we come to Madeira, we will catch that blue marlin! :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We took our 8-year-old daughter on her very first fishing trip, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The crew went above and beyond to make sure she had a wonderful time, and she ended up catching 12 fish. She is already talking about when she can go fishing again. They even coordinated with one of the marina restaurants to cook our catch for us, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything about this trip was fantastic. This is a definite must-book experience!

Super 1ère expérience de pêche en mer ! L’accueil a été excellent et l’équipage a été aux petits soins avec nous du début à la fin. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison sur le bateau. Malheureusement, en 4 heures de sortie, nous n’avons pas eu beaucoup de poissons, mais suffisamment pour partager un apéro avec les poissons pêché au restaurant du port. Une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter ! ⭐️🎣 Merci à vous deux !

My 14 year old nephew and I had s great day out fishing with Alex and Luci! The boat was very comfortable, the company was great and they had everyhing needed for a good day on the waves. We saw flying fish and a seal, and we caught tuna, mahi mahi and a couple of other fishes. Luci took us to a local restaurant that cooked the fish for us that evening, which was magical. Thanks again for taking such good care of us, we had a great day 🤩

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und Alex und Lucie haben sich großartig um uns gekümmert und uns alles Wichtige gezeigt und mit viel Geduld erklärt. Wir haben fünf verschiedene Fischarten gefangen, die wir direkt nach dem Ausflug im Hafenrestaurant probieren durften. Beinahe hätten wir auch einen Wahoo gefangen, dieser konnte am Ende aber doch entwischen. Die vier Stunden vergingen wie im Flug und wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal!

Our family had a truly exceptional day on the water. From the start, Captain Alex and First Mate Lucy were welcoming and clear with instructions. On the AM mixed fishing trip we caught around 25 fish—snappers, triggerfish, groupers, and more—and the crew made sure everyone was engaged, even our kids (16 and 10). The gear was great, and they helped with baiting and tips. Beyond fishing, they shared insights about the island, making it interesting. The cherry on top: they arranged for our fresh catch to be cooked at a local restaurant, giving us one of our best family lunches ever. Highly recommended!

Lucie made it even better with her warm hospitality: keeping us refreshed with drinks and snacks, and sharing great stories about the island. Together, they’re a brilliant team – friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The views of Madeira’s dramatic coastline from the water were breathtaking, and the whole trip ran smoothly from start to finish. Great company and the Craig was excellent. Loved every minute of being out watching my son reel in on an ice rod a couple of trigger great fun. The bitch (served us well (you have to go out to understand this)). Would recommend to anyone it very definitely one of the friendliest boat I have ever been on. When we are back we will be booking. We had a great fishing trip! The crew was very positive and friendly. We fished using both trolling and twitching techniques and caught wahoo, tuna, as well as several other smaller fish. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

We had the most amazing day! Everything was amazing. Brought home 10 snapper and 6 trigger fish + many others we threw back. 1 little octopus too. The guiding service was amazing, and their energy and hospitality matched it. From the first communication through to landing back at the marina all was flawless. We did a half day trip with mixed trolling and bottom fishing. What a treat to fish with Shimano Stella reels too. Thank you so much for a phenomenal day. Will definitely do again the next time we are on Madeira.
