Captain Eugene and Dean were both great. Capt. Eugene went outnof his way to ensure my boys, 9 and 11, had a great time. they caught over 20 fish in our three hours plus a crab! i appreciate the thought, effort, and creativity that was put into our trip. i will definitely call Capt Eugene in the future!

Capt Eugene was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire trip. He navigated tough waters like an old pro. My wife and son were quite impressed at the attention they received (wife thought she may get motion sick, but didn't). His mate, Spencer, and I fished one side of the boat, while Capt Eugene and my son fished the other side. Both the boy and I caught nice fish (Red Snapper) and all 3 of us enjoyed ourselves. If I'm in the area, I'll be looking this crew up again!

Eugene is great. My 16 year old son and I had a great time fishing and even got to learn a lot about Mobile Bay while catching Spanish Mackerel. If you are considering taking an introductory trip (2 hour fishing trip) because you’re curious, I highly recommend booking with Eugene.

Took my 10yr old daughter fishing with Capt Eugene. She was so excited to fish. To start, it looked like the weather may not cooperate and Capt Eugene called the day before and offered to take us on a calmer day and that the fishing may not be that great the day we went. Based on our vacation, we didn’t have a choice and had to go (weather permitting). He was also very flexible with his schedule to accommodate the best experience. While he was correct and the fish were not biting as much as we would have liked, we did hook into a pretty large King! That was worth the trip! My daughter had a blast helping to bring in the big fish. I would book Capt Eugene on our next trip. His boat is perfect for 2-4 guests (would not do anymore) and a personal/private fishing experience. He is also very open once booked to fish, sightsee, whatever comes up. If you book a trip on vacation, do it early enough in the trip that if weather comes up, you have the opportunity to move to another day (Capt Eugene schedule permitting). Fish on!

We had a great time on our 3 hr excursion. I would definitely recommend Eugene as a fishing charter. He was super helpful with the kids and went out of his way to make sure we caught fish and had a great time. Book the 3 hr if you want plenty of time to catch fish!

Captain was great and very knowledgeable. Took his time to talk to us and explain how to catch different types of fish. His wife was also great with my son. She took the time to sit with him and help him. This was an excellent trip and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. Thank you both again for a great experience!!! Gene and Rich were great. Even though it was not a great time of the year to fish, everyone caught fish! Great time, great conversation, great company. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Captain Gene! He and Rich made this first time experience absolutely unforgettable. We caught kings and a blue fish. Captain Gene and Rich are very knowledgeable. They were just as excited as we were when we caught a fish. We not only had a great trip but made two friends while doing it!

For our 4 hour fishing trip with Captain Eugene, the experience was beyond our expectations. Captain Eugene and First Hand Rich were extremely fun, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall provided us with an experience we will not forget. The experience as a whole was very personalized and laid back, with Captain Eugene and Rich helping all 4 of us out whenever assistance was needed. Several laughs were shared as we spent a great morning and afternoon out on the seas being taught how to become expert fishmen by two of the best fisherman in Gulf Shores. Overall the experience was like no other charter fishing experience I have done, and would easily recommend to anyone looking to go fishing and enjoy some great time on the water, great people, and a great time fishing. Captain Eugene and his co captain Wanda were a pleasure to fish with!! We caught a Spanish and hooked several Kings. Couldn’t land them all but had a blast trying. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great fishing trip. Very cool!!!
