Nicole Fishing Charters Knot Workin is a great option for family-friendly adventures or a group of friends wanting to enjoy their day out on the water. Captain Walter loves seeing the smiles on a young child's face as they reel in their very first fish. His biggest goal is for you to enjoy your day and return to him as a repeat customer. Over the years, his clients have become great friends and he always looks forward to seeing them again.
You'll be fishing on a 30' Grady White center console that accommodates up to 6 guests. The vessel comes powered by twin 300 HP Yamaha engines and offers a smooth ride. The boat has all kinds of modern navigational electronics, safety gear, and a small bathroom.
Explore local reefs, wrecks, and offshore spots, looking for some of the tastiest species in the area. Depending on the season and the migration of fish you can target Red Snapper, King Mackerel, Amberjack, Redfish, Shark, Sheepshead, and many more. You get to keep the catch after the trip and the crew will clean and fillet it for you free of charge.
All fishing equipment, as well as your licenses, are covered. You only need to pack some snacks, drinks, and sun protection for the day out.

We chartered with Jus Chillin and Collin and it was a great time. Collin was fun and put us on a lot of fish. We had kids, teens and adults and we all had a great time and caught a lot of fish. The kids will remwmber this forever. I highly recommend NiCole fishing charters.

We had a great time and caught a lot of sheepshead. The equipment worked great, perfect size boat for two adults and four kids. The captain took care of everything we needed and was aleays ready to bait another hook.

Great short trip for Sheepshead!
4 Hour Trip – Sheepshead on February 28, 2026 • 3 adults
Had a great time catching Sheepshead on a nearshore trip with Captain Colin. Fished off a couple of rigs and he found the fish. He was fun and communicated well about the trip and fishing techniques. The boat was "Jus Chillin" and had plenty of space and very comfortable for our crew.

Terrible Weather, Great Fishing Trip
4 Hour – Nearshore Trolling on July 25, 2025 • 2 adults
We fished July 25th and we had bad weather and Big waves and I wasn’t sure that we would catch much, but Captain Collin on the Jus Chillin had us on the fish the whole trip, we caught a lot of Spanish Mackerel and several of them were big and we caught some King Mackerel and I caught 1 over 20 pounds, my brother and I had a blast, we will definitely be booking NiCole Fishing Charters again. Captain Collin made us feel right at home.

Had to book this trip last minute after another charter was cancelled, so im really grateful for NiCole being able to fit us in. We took a 20 mile trip off the coast and caught our limit on red snappers and spent the rest of the time trolling for Spanish mackrel. Our captain, Colin was really knowledgeable and fun. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone interested.
