Keen Eye Charters Inshore/Offshore
Keen Eye Charters welcomes you to Seabrook Island, South Carolina. Embark on an enjoyable inshore, nearshore or offshore fishing charter or a custom tour of your choice. The subtropical climate offers certain fish species year-round but there are also many seasonal species that visit the waters depending on the season. Captain Chris Keen will advise you on what to target in accordance with the time of year, weather, and tides. Come catch some fish, have some laughs, and enjoy all that the Low Country has to offer on the water.
Inshore/Nearshore you’ll be fishing from a 24’ Pathfinder bay boat. If your looking to keep fish we high reccomed booking a offshore charter! We practice catch and release on all inshore game fish. The navigation technology it uses is comprised of modern GPS, fishfinder, so you’ll have no trouble locating the fish. There is also a livewell to supply you with live bait. Common species include sharks, redfish, sea trout, flounder, and more. Some species are seasonal. Two-hour charters for perfect for younger children. We can do some easy kid fishing, shark fishing, crab fishing plus you will see plenty of dolphins. If you select the late trip you get the added bonus of our beautiful sunsets.
Offshore you’ll be fishing from a 31’ Contender center console. The boat is equipped with twin 300hp Yamaha’s, radio systems, epib, and sonar systems. Common species include grouper, snapper, cobia, mahi, tuna, sailfish, marlin, and many more! Some species are seasonal.
Captain Chris will take care of all the fishing gear and licenses, so you should just bring your favorite food and drinks.
We get a lot of questions regarding the number of people we are allowed to take on the boat. Per the US Coast Guard regulation we are licensed to take up to 6 people (captain not included). For an optimal experience we highly
recommend groups of 4 anglers or less.

Inshore Fishing (3hr AM)
Excellent fishing trip
Fun and exciting fishing expedition with Keen Eye Charters that met and exceeded our expectations. Chris is a very experienced guide that explained in detail how we would fish for shark, redfish, trout and flounder. He told us exactly how to hook and reel in the shark and my son and I both caught bonnet sharks. Then we went on to catch several trout, flounder and two more bonnet sharks. Chris provided excellent fishing tips and casting techniques to help us along the way. It was a great morning of fishing.

Some charters fish…..Keen Eye Catches!
Captain Chris was great to work with. From the moment I booked the trip up until the day of our charter, he was in constant communication. He even adjusted our departure time to allow for optimum weather with the forecast of rain. Everybody on the boat caught multiple fish. We will definitely book with Keen Eye Charters when our travels bring us back to the area.

Shark Fishing (1PM)
Highlight of the trip for our son!
Took a nice boat ride out to our fishing spot and then promptly caught our first bonnet head. We were able to catch two more during our two hour trip and it was the perfect amount of time to be out with two kids who have short attention spans. They will 💯 go home and tell their friends about how they caught a shark on vacation. Thank you Chris for answering 1000 questions and making our first charter such a positive experience.

GREAT experience!!!
Great shark fishing experience with my family! Took 3 kids (13, 13, 14) and 2 adults out for the 2 hour charter and had a shark on the line within 20 minutes of leaving the dock! Caught 7 sharks and large redfish. Highly recommend Keen Eye and Captain Chris!

Nearshore Fishing 4 Hour (AM)
A Great Time for A Special Celebration
We booked this trip to celebrate our grandson’s 10th birthday. It was a near shore outing, and our first time to fish on a boat in the ocean. Our captain, Chris, ensured that we all had a great time. We caught a variety of fish ranging from sea bass to sharks. Thanks Chris!
