Join family-friendly charter fishing aboard the Offshore Outlaw, as seen on the reality TV show "Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks” on National Geographic. Get the ultimate fishing experience with Master Captain Eric Price, born and raised in Core Creek N.C. He knows the waters around the Crystal Coast like the back of his hand. With a lifetime of fishing under his belt, you’re bound to have a successful day on the water with him.
Capt. Eric will put you on to some top fish, such as King Mackerel, Bluefish, Ladyfish, Lizard Fish, False Albacore, Barracuda, and Bonito. Late evening Shark fishing is now available too. It doesn’t matter if you’re a first-timer or seasoned fisherman - you will leave with unforgettable memories of a lifetime!
The trip takes place on a 36’ Julian Guthrie boat that accommodates up to 6 guests. This fishing boat is powered by a brand new 2021 HP CAT engine and reaches a speed of 20 knots. Enjoy a comfortable ride throughout the day, as the boat features an air-conditioned cabin, a private toilet, and a functional galley. A large deck offers enough space for all anglers to fish in comfort.
No fishing license required, and all bait/tackle/rods are provided. You only need to pack your food, drinks, and sun protection for the day. Make sure to have a fully charged phone and snap some awesome action photos you’ll brag with later.

Great Captain, First Mate, and Boat

We fished about a half a day offshore. Had a great time. We caught fish. Eric was really knowledgeable and his mate was knowledgeable also. We will definitely be going back again with him. He put us on the fish. It was rough but nothing the captain couldn’t handle. He did a great job. We came back in early because of a few in our crew was sick. He made a decision to come in to take care of them. He compensated us for the time lost of fishing. I highly recommend him and his crew. They are down to earth and great people. Can’t wait to go back again. Thanks again for everything!!!

These Guys Know How to Catch Fish, Not Just Go Fishing!
Full Day Trip – Offshore/Gulfstream on June 21, 2025 • 6 adults
We went out with Eric and Sean this past weekend for a bachelor party, and I can honestly say, it was an unforgettable experience.
The first 4 hours were slow with no bites, and morale was dropping… but Eric didn’t give up. He used his deep knowledge of the area and kept moving us around until he took us farther out, and boom. We hooked 12 fish in the second half of the trip!
Eric’s passion and hype every time we caught something made the trip even better. He was determined to get us on the fish, and it paid off.
Sean, his 17-year-old first mate, was an absolute machine. He was on top of everything, hooking bait, reeling lines, resetting gear. The guy didn’t stop moving and kept things running smoothly the entire time.
You can tell both Eric and Sean genuinely love what they do, and that makes all the difference. When we go again, there’s no doubt we’ll be booking with them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a boat ride, these guys deliver the real deal.

Fun Fishing with Offshore Outlaws
Half Day Trip –Afternoon 12-4 on May 25, 2025 • 4 adults
The crew was excellent. Just a beautiful fishing experience on the water. Capitan Price took us to where the fish were, and we caught a lot. The first mate Shawn was all over making sure the poles were in excellent working order at all times, and nonstop the whole time. First mate Shawn was also a very good teacher to some of us that had never been fishing before. By the middle of the trip our novice kids were acting like professional anglers. We also were lucky and had perfect weather making our trip unforgettable. Thank you Capt Price, and first mate Shawn, we will be booking with you again.

Great Fishing for the whole Family
Half Day Trip –Afternoon 12-4 on April 1, 2025 • 2 adults • 3 children
Captain Eric and First Mate Jackson were both courteous hosts as well as skilled anglers with a wealth of local fishing knowledge. We were very lucky to come upon a cell of Bonita fish and blues. The kids were ages 8, 11, and 12 years old. They did not need any prior fishing experience to have a great time and still catch fish on this charter! Along the way, we got to watch the coastline of North Carolina, saw dolphins and sea turtles, and came across a giant navy ship. They had a nice cabin for the kids to rest in and get out of the sun for a few minutes. Afterwards, First Mate Jackson cleaned and filleted 26 fish for us. Definitely take the suggestion from the website and bring a cooler loaded with drinks and food and snack snacks as well as a second cooler of just ice for your catches. I could not recommend this charter more and hope to come back at different times of the year to catch different kinds of fish.

I booked this trip for my son and myself with no charter experience.....we were not disappointed! Captain Eric and Squid took great care of us! We had a great morning trip! We caught Spanish Mackerel and Blue Fish, saw wild horses on the beach, some parasailers, and learned SO MUCH about ocean fishing! I highly recommend this crew....they were very personable and really made sure our time was fun and comfortable 💜
