Join Capt. Brice aboard his custom 23' Blackjack bay boat—fully equipped with USCG safety gear, fishing tackle, and snorkeling equipment—for a fishing trip targeting inshore favorites like Redfish, Tripletail, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, White Trout, and Black Drum. Seasonal catches include Mahi-Mahi, Cobia, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Pompano, Ladyfish, Sharks as well as trophy-sized Tripletail and Tarpon. Trips range from 3 to 8 hours and may involve light or heavy tackle, jigging, trolling, popping, or spinning.
Looking for something different? Come scalloping with us during the summer months! It's a fun, family-friendly underwater treasure hunt in the shallow grass beds—great for all ages.
If you're looking for something truly unique, don't miss our nighttime flounder gigging trips—a thrilling coastal tradition ideal for families and adventurous guests.
Not into fishing? Our custom cruises and eco-tours are the perfect way to explore the barrier islands, shell beaches, and local wildlife. Options include dolphin-watching, island drop-offs, and laid-back sightseeing. Each trip is fully customizable for your group.
During fall and winter, we also offer fully guided duck, gator, and hog hunts for those looking to experience Florida's wild side.
All fishing licenses, rods, reels, and terminal tackle are provided. We'll clean and bag your catch at the end of the trip for an additional fee of $1.50/lbs. Just bring drinks, snacks, sunscreen, and a cooler for your fish.

Captain Brice and assistant jr. Captain Jalyn were fantastic. We booked what had decenet review, and what was avalible, the day before our outing. booking on such short notice can be a a little suspect. This experience blew us out of the water, and we could not have had better luck with a last minute booking. 10/10 would reccomend and we look forward to our next outing with theese two young captains and williamson outfitters. fishing was incredible, we thew most or what we caught back, because we caught well beyond our limit. Thanks Wlliamson outfitters!!!

We’ve been on a couple gigging trips in the past and this was by far the best. Captain Drew was extremely knowledgable, took his time and hit many spots to get us on the fish. We started slow due to the recent weather but finished strong. Would do this trip with him again!
Captain Brice put us on multiple species of fish. We caught the Apalachicola slam today. Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder and Tripletail. Dodged a rainstorm and had a great time.
We had a great morning fishing trip with Captain Brice. He put us on the spots and we ended up catching a wide array of fish. We pulled in orange grouper, gag grouper, rock bass, ladyfish, catfish, bonnethead sharks, and a triple-tail. It was an awesome time and would highly recommend Williamson Outfitters for your next trip!

Such a great experience! Took my 7 and 5 year old boys out for an inshore trip and the captain was incredible. Brice was so patient, hands-on, and truly went above and beyond to teach them how to cast and fish. We caught catfish and redfish, and despite some wild east winds, he made sure the boys had the best time. Highly recommend!
