Located in Apalachicola, Williamson Outfitters offers unforgettable adventures along the beautiful waters of Florida's Forgotten Coast. Capt. Brice Williamson & crew are seasoned USCG-licensed captains committed to your safety and enjoyment, guiding every trip with local knowledge and professional care. With 7 boats & guides in our fleet, we can accommodate any size group!

Join Capt. Brice aboard his custom 23' Blackjack bay boat—fully equipped with USCG safety gear, fishing tackle, and snorkeling equipment—for a fishing trip targeting inshore favorites like Redfish, Tripletail, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, White Trout, and Black Drum. Seasonal catches include Mahi-Mahi, Cobia, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Pompano, Ladyfish, Sharks as well as trophy-sized Tripletail and Tarpon. Trips range from 3 to 8 hours and may involve light or heavy tackle, jigging, trolling, popping, or spinning.

Looking for something different? Come scalloping with us during the summer months! It's a fun, family-friendly underwater treasure hunt in the shallow grass beds—great for all ages.

If you're looking for something truly unique, don't miss our nighttime flounder gigging trips—a thrilling coastal tradition ideal for families and adventurous guests.

Not into fishing? Our custom cruises and eco-tours are the perfect way to explore the barrier islands, shell beaches, and local wildlife. Options include dolphin-watching, island drop-offs, and laid-back sightseeing. Each trip is fully customizable for your group.

During fall and winter, we also offer fully guided duck, gator, and hog hunts for those looking to experience Florida's wild side.

All fishing licenses, rods, reels, and terminal tackle are provided. We'll clean and bag your catch at the end of the trip for an additional fee of $1.50/lbs. Just bring drinks, snacks, sunscreen, and a cooler for your fish.

Incredible day with a fantastic crew!

6 Hour Trip – Scalloping on August 18, 2025 • 2 adults • 2 children

My family had an absolutely incredible day with Williamson Outfitters, led by Captain Chris and his fantastic deckhandJaden, on our fishing and scalloping trip. Captain Chris’s expertise and local knowledge shone through as we hooked an astonishing number of mahi, with some bonus tripletail and cobia. Though the tripletail and cobia were too small to keep, the thrill of reeling them in was unforgettable for my sons, who proudly caught their first fish ever. Chris and Jaden’s patience and encouragement made it a perfect experience for my family.

What truly set this trip apart was how accommodating and hands-on the crew was. Especially for us New Yorkers new to scalloping, Chris and Jaden guided us with everything - including all the gear - and it was so much fun. The boat was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed.

Captain Chris’s passion for fishing and the outdoors, paired with Jaden’s hard work and enthusiasm, created memories we’ll cherish forever. We’re already planning our return trip next year and can’t recommend Williamson Outfitters enough for anyone looking for a top-notch adventure in this spectacular place.

6 Hour Trip – Inshore Bay Fishing on June 14, 2025 • 3 adults

My two kids (18yo and 14yo) and I went fishing with Capt. Brice of Williamson Outfitters today and had an absolutely amazing time. From the moment we hit the water, it was clear that Capt. Brice knows his stuff—professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. He made the whole experience fun, relaxed, and productive. Plus, we caught a ton of fish the entire time. 

Whether you’re a seasoned angler or just looking for a great day out, I can’t recommend Williamson Outfitters enough. Capt. Bruce went above and beyond to make sure we were in the right spots and having a blast. Already looking forward to our next trip!

Great time with Capt Brice!

3 Hour Trip – Quick Inshore PM on April 8, 2026 • 5 adults

Such a great experience! Took my 7 and 5 year old boys out for an inshore trip and the captain was incredible. Brice was so patient, hands-on, and truly went above and beyond to teach them how to cast and fish. We caught catfish and redfish, and despite some wild east winds, he made sure the boys had the best time. Highly recommend!
