Reel Grit Sportfishing is your go to charter for both families and first time fishermen as well as novice anglers alike. With over 20 years of experience fishing Cape Cod Bay's waters, Captain Scott Graf guarantees a good time for all onboard. As a teacher during the school year, Capt. Scott is ready and willing to teach both new and young anglers on board.

The Reel Grit is a 38' custom built Young Brothers boat that was restored in 2016. She is equipped with a 500 HP Diesel engine to allow for a comfortable 14-15 knots cruising speed. With an ample amount of cabin space out of the elements, all customers will be comfortable no matter what the weather conditions are. The Reel Grit is fully equipped with all up-to-date electronics as well as bunks down below and a clean head (toilet).

During the height of the season, most trips are targeting Striped Bass and Bluefish but there are a number of other species you can target both on the shoulder seasons as well as during the summer. Being a centrally located harbor on Cape Cod Bay, it is usually not more than a 30-minute ride to the fishing grounds for our Bass and Bluefish trips. You can also stay inshore and target bottom species such as Flounder, Tautog and Black Seabass.
