3 Hour Trip - Inshore/Nearshore on August 28, 2024
Captain James took us out to many different spots and tried multiple set ups to guarantee our catch. He was knowledgeable and to the point and didn’t waste any time till we had a fish on the line. He gave us techniques and explained to us the best possible ways to target certain species. He didn’t miss a beat when it came to baiting lines and unhooking fish to the point you didn’t even know he had already baited you another line. He played music to our liking gave us stories about his own personal experiences and even a history lesson on one of the fishing spots he took us to. If you want to catch fish with an expert that does this because he loves it and not cause it’s a job this is the boat to get on. The captain with us today would give you the shirt off his back and I appreciated it. We will be fishing with addicted 2 fishing charters again and again!

Fishing with marty was a fantastic experience for our family. Being new to salt water fishing, Marty took the time to really show us all the tricks. He went above and beyond to try to find the red fish after storms made the fishing more difficult. Best of all, he was great with our kids - including our very chatty five year old. If you’re fishing with kids, Marty is your guy.

4 Hour Trip - Inshore/Nearshore on October 10, 2024
Went out with captain James after 2 consecutive hurricanes. Had my daughter with us for the first time. James kept us out of rough waters, important for me because want daughter to go again, put us on fish in almost impossible conditions due to weather. Had plenty to take home to eat which was what we were looking for. Hardly ever leave reviews for anything but James deserves one. He’s a hardworking, intelligent, likeable and service driven younger man who is going to make a name for himself in this business if he keeps it up. I just hope when I come back again in future he’s not booked up. My only concern was I didn’t get his number!

4 Hour Trip – Red Snapper on December 22, 2024
We had a great time with James! The weather was less than ideal the first day, he called and suggested that we hold off till later in the day, so we did. Water was rough but we caught our limit!! Second day the weather was much better and we caught our limit again!! We will be back!

My husband and son had the best time with Cptn. James!! My husband said he was very knowledgeable and they started catching fish right away! Cptn James was great with our son, very friendly and talkative! They had the best time! We weren't even off Fort Morgan road when they were talking about scheduling a 4 hour trip!! Thanks again for a wonderful time!! Definitely would 100% recommend and will 100% be back to fish with you gentlemen!

Captain Marty enjoys sharing his love of fishing with others. He has been fishing since he was “knee-high to a grasshopper” as he would say. He is originally from Sylacauga, Alabama where he was born and raised but would often come to the Gulf Coast to visit. He enjoyed coming down with friends and family to fish and often went on charter fishing trips himself. In 2019, he decided to make the move to live along these beautiful beaches and start his journey to becoming a captain of his own boat. He truly loves that he gets to spend his days on the water creating memorable moments for friends and families. He strives to make his trips fun for all ages.
