We knew going into it that the odds were against us due to extreme heat the week before and 2 large rain storms the previous 2 days. Captain still put us in some fish including a small gag grouper, stingray, and a mother in law fish. His willingness to help made the trip enjoyable. My wife doesn’t fish and didn’t want to go but she enjoyed the morning. You can’t blame the captain for amount of fish with the weather conditions we had.
Had an awesome time on this fishing charter! The captain was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard to put us on fish. The boat was clean, well-equipped, and the whole trip was enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great day on the water!
trip was great. captain was very knowledgeable and personable. besides a few smaller fish the fish just were not biting. other boats around us were not catching anything either. trip was a day before a storm was coming through so the conditions were off.
Great charter with my two sons and brother in law. Very hot so the fish weren’t biting a lot but RJ put us on some. It was our second time out with Captain RJ and we will continue to call on him for our fishing in Myrtle Beach.
RJ is not just a captain, he is THE captain to enjoy a great time fishing on the Myrtle Beach waters. He is a great person and helped my kid out whenever he saw him needing help. He knows fishing and everything in between.
