Matlacha has a fish with your name on it, so let Jupiter Kayak Fishing help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these local backwaters, Eloy knows them forwards and back. He uses his 20 years of military training to ensure a safe and successful fishing adventure.
Around here the fishing is popular for Tarpon, Bluefish, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Mangrove Snapper, Peacock Bass, and more depending on the season.
Your excursion begins aboard a 12' Hobie Kayak that holds up to 1 passenger (275 lb limit/3 max). It has and all the essentials needed for a relaxing day on the water. Larger groups can be accommodated with advance notice (1 month min).
Eloy will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait will be used, with different tactics.
Before embarking on your adventure, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), lots of bottled water, and a hat. Alcohol is not allowed.

Eloy was awesome. not only did we catch a lot of fish, including a slightly oversized Red, a bunch if greqt eating size trout (released most), a couple nice Jacks, and the lost goes on and on. also, just a great fishing setup. Eloy was awesome too.
Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are thrilled to hear you had such a successful day on the water. Getting into an oversized Red, those perfect eating-size trout, and some hard-fighting Jacks makes for an unforgettable trip. It is great to know that the fishing setup hit the mark and that Eloy provided such an awesome experience for you. Providing top-tier trips is what we are all about, and your kind words mean a lot. We would absolutely love to get you back out there with us again soon. Tight Lines & Screaming drag. Megan & Eloy

I fished with Eloy on a trip around Matlacha Pass. I hooked into tarpon, redfish, snook, trout, and ladyfish. I fished from nicely outfitted 2023 Hobie Outback that was clean and nicely outfitted. Eloy's military background expresses itself with his Team enthusiasm, you can tell that he gauges his own success based on your success and the quality of your experience and he is there to lead you to the opportunity to hook some good ones. Along the way he will teach if asked (but not stuff it down your throat), answer questions, and generally be good fishing company. He isn't one of those guides that starts telling/yelling you how to reel every time you hook a fish as I have seen in some videos and he clearly loves fishing and loves the area he fishes. Good times.
I am relatively new to kayak fishing and wanted to learn how to fish from a kayak. This became even more critical to me as I purchased a Hobie Compass fishing kayak. My wife and I have done three trips with Eloy, with a fourth trip booked in October, and can honestly say they were some of the best fishing trips I have experienced. Eloy is a great teacher and skilled guide. We caught a lot of fish, often getting our inshore slams, and Eloy made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. I learned so much from Eloy that I am now fishing out of my own kayak, at home, and catching fish! We highly recommend Eloy as a guide and kayak fishing.
Thank you so much for your amazing review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve had such great experiences on your trips with Jupiter Kayak Fishing. Learning how to fish from a kayak, especially with a Hobie Compass, is no small feature, and it’s awesome to know our guidance made it both fun and rewarding for both of you. Scoring inshore slams and now catching fish on your own kayak is fantastic progress and one of our goals always. We look forward to seeing you again in October, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. Tight lines!

I had a great time, and he helped me net my biggest ever snook!, and constant action on topwater lures with reds, trout, and snook!
That’s awesome to hear! Thank You. It was an unforgettable day on the water, especially with landing your biggest snook! Those topwater strikes from trout, reds and snook was a blast. Glad to know you had a great time. See you soon.
