The boat you'll be using is a 20' Pathfinder bay boat. It can accommodate 4 guests and runs on a 150 HP 2010 Yamaha engine. It uses Simrad GO9 GPS and fishfinder for safe and efficient navigation as well as a Minn Kota wireless trolling motor for making your fishing easier. There will also be 2 coolers on the boat to store your fish and drinks.
The species you'll have the chance to reel in include Goliath Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, Snook, Tarpon, Sheepshead, Redfish, as well as Jack Crevalle. You'll be using light and heavy tackle to catch your prey and you're free to keep all the fish you catch and take it home with you. The boat is kid-friendly, so don't hesitate to bring along youngsters on your trip.
Captain Brian will provide you with all the fishing gear, including rods, reels, tackle, live bait, and lures. He'll also provide fishing licenses and bottled water. The only thing you should bring before departing is the food of your choice.

I had a great tip in the mangroves with Capt'n Brian. He had all the live bait we needed (and more) and put me on the fish right away. His gear is solid and his knowlege of the local water paid off. I wanted to take home dinner and I did just that - and he cleaned the fish at the dock. It was awesome that he had a poncho for me as we hit a couple showers on the trip. Excellent trip all around. Highly recommended!
fish were quiet but we did our best with the help from our expert guide!
Captain Brian put us on the fish and sent us home with plenty of filets for a few meals.

In 2009, Captain Brian bought his first boat and that opened a whole new world of fishing.
