Chesapeake Coastal Charters welcomes you to Cape Charles, Virginia. Captain Zack spends June sight fishing inshore and nearshore waters using the tower on his comfortable boat. In case it's too cloudy for sight fishing, you'll anchor up on a shoal and bait fish for the same species. Join him aboard and have a great fishing experience in Cape Charles!
The boat you'll use to fish is a 19' May Craft center console that can accommodate up to 3 anglers. It runs on a 115 HP Yamaha engine and uses all the modern GPS, fishfinder, as well as radio technology to take you to the fish quickly and safely. The boat features an ice-box so you can store your food and drinks and a livewell to provide you with live bait.
You and the captain will be targeting Cobia, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, as well as Red Drum. The technique you'll use to attract them is fly fishing on both light and heavy tackle. All the fish you catch is yours to take it home and enjoy some tasty meals.
Captain Zack will supply you with everything you'll need for the trip, from all the fishing gear to licenses to drinks. Also, he can clean and fillet your catch for free. The only thing you should bring is the food of your choice.

Captain Zack could probably navigate the bay blindfolded and still put you on 55”++ Cobia! The knowledge and Professionalism he delivers is the difference between catching fish and just “fishing around” I’ve been on plenty of charters along the Atlantic coast and Gulf. I can tell you that 98% of your fancy Charters are going to park you on a lifeless wreck or in some community hole and give you a bucket of bait! Not this Charter, this is a Real Angling Experience! This Bay is a really unique fishery, Chesapeake Coastal Charters is the experience you need to have if your an Angler. Regardless of experience, he will guide you to trophy fish and incredible memories! If your planning a fishing trip, I wouldn’t waist your time with anyone except This awesome Captain!
