Chesapeake Coastal Charters welcomes you to Cape Charles, Virginia. Captain Zack spends June sight fishing inshore and nearshore waters using the tower on his comfortable boat. In case it’s too cloudy for sight fishing, you’ll anchor up on a shoal and bait fish for the same species. Join him aboard and have a great fishing experience in Cape Charles!

The boat you’ll use to fish is a 19’ May Craft center console that can accommodate up to 3 anglers. It runs on a 115 HP Yamaha engine and uses all the modern GPS, fishfinder, as well as radio technology to take you to the fish quickly and safely. The boat features an ice-box so you can store your food and drinks and a livewell to provide you with live bait.

You and the captain will be targeting Cobia, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, as well as Red Drum. The technique you’ll use to attract them is fly fishing on both light and heavy tackle. All the fish you catch is yours to take it home and enjoy some tasty meals.

Captain Zack will supply you with everything you’ll need for the trip, from all the fishing gear to licenses to drinks. Also, he can clean and fillet your catch for free. The only thing you should bring is the food of your choice.
