The boat you will use is a 22' Sundance bay boat that can accommodate up to 5 guests. It is powered by a 150 HP Mercury four stroke engine with hydraulic jack plate
and uses all the modern GPS, fishfinder, and radio technology for safe and efficient navigation. The boat also uses a wireless trolling motor for a more tactful approach to the fish and features a livewell to supply you with live bait.
You and Captain James will be searching Lake Murray for Striped Bass. You can chase this tasty as well as elusive fish by bottom fishing, trolling, spinning, and jigging, using both light and heavy tackle. You can keep all the fish you catch but you're also free to release it back into the water.
The captain will take care of all the rods, reels, tackle, as well as live bait and lures. The only things you should bring on your trip are fishing licenses, snacks, and drinks.

Everything that we were looking for from a charter captain on our trip was checked off by Capt. James of Fogman Fisheries. 1st of all the communication was great, and he checked in a couple times leading up to our trip. We got there about 20 minutes early, and Capt. James was ready and waiting. Throughout the entire trip, Capt. James was very personable and eager to share his fishing knowledge and history of the lake with us. Every hole we stopped at, the fish finder was marking plenty of fish. The effort that was put forth by the Capt. to ensure we had a successful trip was outstanding. We would recommend Capt. James to anyone looking for a fishing charter.

Captain was amazing, if we could rate him higher we would. We will recommend him to others excellent fishing experience and a little history lesson about the lake and surrounding areas!! We will book again.

Captain James Lindler was fantastic! He took us angling at the perfect spots where we caught nine keepers today and over 20 Stripers total. Highly recommend Captain Lindler for your Lake Murray fishing guide trips!!

Great day on the lake. Caught some keepers and good times. Capt James was awesome, great guide, put us on the fish, very patient and calm guy. My granson (13) had a blast. Would recommend and will book again in the future.

Captain James is the best. My brother in law and I have fished for 30 years together. Mostly salt water stripers. Today was hands down the best day we had. Captain James put us on fish all day. Some small then some 10 pounders. All day we caught fish. Captain is friendly, knowledgeable and fun to fish with. If You want to fish. He’s the guy.
CJ, I enjoyed the day as well! I was so glad that I was able to deliver after 9 days off Murray for various reasons. You and Mike are fun guys to have on the boat, and I look forward to future adventures!
