If you’re ready to start fishing in Bradford, we’ve got you covered with Twin Maple Outdoors. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Richard is prepared to put you on fish.
Fishing around here will often see you targeting Smallmouth Bass, and more, depending on the time of year. On these trips, you can expect to drift and spin using light tackle. Capt. Richard also offers fly fishing.
If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks to keep ‘em happy!
Capt. Richard will bring you aboard a G3 18’ jet boat with space for 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. What’s more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It’s always wise to bring sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Great trip with Captain Rich
Had a great time. Captain Rich is a great dude and he put us on a bunch of fish. We probably caught around 40 smallmouth. He showed us several different techniques and he even cooked burgers for us for lunch. Would come back and fish with him again!
