Fisher Davis’ Guide Service welcomes you to Mount Ida or Hot Springs Arkansas. Come join Captain Fisher Davis and let him take you out on beautiful Lake Ouachita, where you’ll chase various prized species as well as enjoy the beautiful sights. The captain will take you to the spots with the best chances for making a catch and do his best to make your trip as fun as possible. Join him aboard and have a great time fishing!

The boat you’ll be using is a 20’ aluminum bass boat. It can carry 4 anglers, runs on a 150 HP Yamaha engine, and uses GPS and fishfinder navigation technology. The boat has a wireless trolling motor so you can quietly approach your fish, a live well to provide live bait, and an ice box to store your food and drinks.

On your trip, you’ll use light tackle to target Largemouth and Walleye, Sunfish, and Catfish, as well as Crappie. You can keep the fish you catch if you want to and you’re free to bring kids aboard.

The captain will provide you with all the fishing tackle you need, live bait, snacks, and drinks. He’ll even clean and fillet your catch at no extra charge. This means you’ll only need to bring your fishing licenses.

Great trip with Fisher! He was super knowledgable and patient. Didn't catch as much as we would have liked but enough for a fish fry to feed 10! Overall had a great time - will book again in spring!

This is the 2nd booking with Captain Fisher Davis. You will not meet a more hardworking and expert fishing guide. It was hard to catch fish on this trip simply because the fish weren't biting. Captain Fisher went above and beyond to ensure we caught some fish. Will book again with Captain Fisher Davis!

My 7 year old and I did a morning trip with Fisher. It was great. He consistently had us on fish and was patient with us. My son was determined to keep all we caught, and Fisher took care of cleaning all the fish and making sure we had it all packed on ice and ready for our cooler.

We had a good time. Captain Davis knew just where to take us to catch a lot of fish. He was very helpful and patient when it came to showing my son how to fish with the type of rig that we had. When rain popped up, he offered to wait it out. I would book this trip again.

Brought my twin grandsons up from Texas to fish as their high school graduation present. We fished Tuesday afternoon and again Wednesday morning. Our guide, Fisher Davis, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating as to the kinds of fish we were interested in catching. We kept 29 of 36 Crappie the first day and 38 of about 60 assorted bass, catfish, and bluegill, plus 1 Walleye. The twins and I had a blast and would love to come back again someday! Definitely made some great memories!
