Captain Kyler's Fishing Charters welcomes you to the beautiful and bountiful waters near Florida’s east coast. Spend a day on these renowned grounds and live some unforgettable moments of catching fish in such scenic surroundings. Starting out of Melbourne, you and Captain Kyler Doane will travel in the Indian River Lagoon to catch many prized game species that dwell in the area. Join your cordial and skilled captain aboard his well-equipped boat and have a great time fishing in this part of Florida!
Your trip will start on a 20’ Pathfinder bay boat with space for up to 3 anglers. It’s powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine and rigged with modern GPS as well as fishfinding technology, allowing for a quick and safe trip to the fish. The boat features a top of the line wireless trolling motor,Fish finder, an ice-box, and a livewell.
The species you’ll have the chance to reel in include Tarpon, Snook, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, and many more. You can cast at mangroves, docks, and other structure in order to attract them, using light tackle. Please let your captain know what your goal is and he will do his best to accommodate. Also, kids are welcome to join aboard, so use the opportunity and make your trip a wonderful family stay in nature.
Morning trips are recommended for the most productivity and best weather! Your captain will take care of everything from fishing gear to bait to licenses to catch cleaning. Just make sure to bring the food and drinks of your choice before you start your trip.

Half Day Trip – Inshore
My first snook AND my first tarpon!!!! Great trip
Capt Kyler knows the waters well and did a fantastic job dialing in pretty much exactly what we asked for. I realize that fish don't always cooperate but I tell you - I asked Kyler to put me on a snook and a tarpon and thats exactly what he did. My third ask was for a boat load of mangrove snapper to keep for dinner - that did not happen but considering our other success and pretty much immediate action I have no complaints at all. Capt Kyler is an easy going guy with the knowledge (and good live bait!!) . Highly recommend!

Captain Kyler was amazing!
Kyler was very knowledgeable having grown up in the area. He knew all of the hot spots for each different species of fish to catch. We caught some huge black drums, some mangrove snapper to bring home for dinner along with many others. I asked prior to the trip on best time of day and he recommended a morning trip and it worked out perfectly. Thanks Captain Kyler for helping my Father in law, my stepson, and I make some incredible memories together!

VERY IMPRESSED
I have been on a hundred trips all over Florida and to say I was impressed with this young man would be an understatement. It was a last minute trip with my highschool senior and the captain was able to put us on Tarpon, Snook, Jacks, and Triple tail all on a 4 hour trip. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and cannot say enough about his abilities as a captain. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great trip!

Captain was knowledgeable about his fishing area it just wasn't the right time of day or season to fill the boat full of fish. I would definitely recommend him for future fishing.

Had a Fantastic time
He put me on em! Had a great attitude and was extremely easy to talk to. Taught me a lot about where they hide and why and the best ways to find them. Redirected my thinking on how I’ve always thought the river worked. He is great at his job and cares about you and your experience. Very personable guy and caught some awesome predatory fish!
