Angling With Adria Charters invites you for a day on the gorgeous and fish-rich waters of Florida! Starting your journey out of Venice, you'll have a great experience on the area's nearshore and offshore waters exploring all the best fishing spots as well as lovely reefs and hidden wrecks. Under the expert guidance of Captain Adria Gutierrez, you'll have an excellent chance to return with a big catch as well as many precious memories. Come aboard and have a great time fishing!

Your boat for the day will be a 22' Boston Whaler Dauntless with room for up to 4 guests. The boat is powered by a 200 HP Suzuki engine that can reach a maximum cruising speed of 35 knots. Thanks to its fishfinder, GPS, and radio technology, the boat will quickly locate the fish and keep you on the right track all the time. There's a livewell for providing live bait and a first mate will also join your trip.

The species you'll encounter include Mangrove Snapper, Goliath Grouper, Sheepshead, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel and other reed fishl. Using light and fishing tackle, you'll catch fish by bottom fishing. Feel free to bring kids on board and make your trip even more fun. As for the fish you catch, you're free to choose if you'll keep it or not.

Captain Adria will provide all the fishing tackle, live bait, licenses, and will also clean and fillet your catch for free. Just bring some food and drinks and you'll be ready for the adventure.

Great fishing trip with Adria and Alex

Half Day Trip on May 5, 2026 • 2 adults

Adria and Alex were excellent fishing guides.  We caught Grunts, Grouper, Spanish Mackeral, Puffers, and a dreaded Carfish.  We saw tarpon, dolphins and even hooked into a Cobia but unfortunately it won the battle!  

4 fish were cleaned for the filets and will eat them tonight!

We will definitely fish with Adria and Alexis again soon!

Awesome day on the water

Half Day Trip on June 20, 2025 • 2 adults • 2 children

Hooked up with the Captain at the launch ramp for a half day trip and then headed out to smooth waters. First stop, fish on, a nice little Gag grouper. Second fish on, a cobia, that was safely released.  I had requested to catch a Cobia on this trip but was told it wasn’t a good time for them. Somehow they managed to hook me up with one. I can now scratch that one off my bucket list.  Fishing gods were smiling on us. Overall, we caught a good variety of fish. We had a great time fishing and talking shop with Captain Alex. The Man knew his stuff and produced. My brother and I had a really great day on the water with Adria Charters and it was one of my highlights while staying on the island.   Can’t wait until next year. 🤙

We are two guys in our mid 30s who were visiting Venice. We booked that fishing trip a day before and didn’t expect a lot but Adria and Alex were just great and made this trip a blast for us. We got everything we could possibly have asked for and more. Thanks to both of you, you really made our day, and an unforgettable memory.

Half Day Trip on April 2, 2026 • 4 adults

It was an awesome day of fishing. The captain was great and was helpful to our teenagers. We had a good mix of bottom fishing and trolling. We caught a lot of fish and a 20 lb King Fish. We highly recommend them to everyone. The weather was great but be prepared for cool mornings.

Great time with Captain Alex!

3/4 Day Trip on April 5, 2026 • 2 adults • 2 children

We had a great trip with Captain Alex!  He took us right to the fish we were hoping for, getting plenty of mangrove snapper and catching as many as we wanted. He then got us on a Gag Grouper and a Kingfish!  We then went on the hunt for barracuda and had a shot at a couple who snapped the line. Overall, very happy with our trip and will do it again!
