Enjoy a day exploring the rich and beautiful waters of Costa Rica and catch fish together with AquaQuepos. Starting your trip out of Quepos, Puntarenas Province, you’ll come aboard Amy’s Dream, a reliable and well-equipped boat that has all you need for a great day on the water. The friendly crew can take you inshore, nearshore, and offshore. Come aboard and enjoy many lovely moments fishing in Costa Rica!

Your trip starts on a restored 33’ Pro-Line flybridge that can take up to 6 guests. It runs on twin 370 HP Cummins engines and uses full-featured navigation technology. It has a flybridge, shower, bed, kitchen, and a toilet you can use. The boat is air-conditioned and features a refrigerator and an ice-box. The onboard fishing gear includes a fighting chair, outriggers, snorkeling gear, and a livewell. A first mate will also be there to give you any help you need.

You’ll be fishing for Mahi Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna, Blue Marlin, Roosterfish, Spanish Mackerel, and more. To attract them, you can bottom and deep sea fish, as well as troll, jig, and pop, using light and heavy tackle. You’ll be keeping the fish you catch except for any Billfish, which have to be released. Feel free to bring kids on your trip and keep in mind that smoking isn’t allowed.

Everything you need will be ready for you on the boat when you arrive. The trip includes all the fishing gear, snacks, soft drinks, beer, and, on some trips, lunch. You can also have your catch cleaned and bagged, completely free of charge. Just bring your license and prepare for a memorable fishing experience.

Pure Life Fishing

7 Hour Trip – Offshore on July 9, 2025 • 4 adults

We were a party of 4 for this amazing private fishing charter. We got greeted right on time for our departure. Got our fishing licenses sorted out in no time, and then walked over and met the Captain. Huge smiles and the most knowledgeable crew members you could ever imagine. The fishing was effortless except for reeling in the huge fish that were biting constantly. All while they served us beverages, snacks, and kept our spirits high during this incredible fishing expedition they were taking us on. We caught everything we could imagine and then some. They prepared us an appetizer using our own catch with some simple ingredients to make it extra delicious. Then when we thought that was our meal, we were served a super delicious lunch. I can't say enough about how everyone was laughing and smiling. Just happy to have anglers enjoying their day on the water. To the Guide, the Captain and the crew - first class all the way!!!!!!

Solid Crew, Great Experience!

9 Hour Trip – Offshore on December 13, 2024 • 4 adults

We did a full day deep water experience with Amy's Dream and it was great! We were lucky enough to catch and release a small-ish Blue Marlin and a medium sized Sailfish. We were extremely hot during the day, and sadly did not have any luck once the high sun hit, but the crew continued to try hard and communicated a lot. They were reactive and very organized when a fish was biting and extremely helpful and communicative with us to improve our odds. We had one fish entirely bend a hook and the crew and captain were shocked. Overall, great day! I would have enjoyed a half day a bit more I think because the heat was pretty extreme mid day. We loved the experience and even with the heat, would do it again!

Caught 4 nice tuna and 4 sailfish with several other raises. Once again captain and crew were terrific. Caught my biggest yellowfin ever, my arms are still sore. lol.
