Aboard his comfy and well-equipped boat, Captan David Clark will take you to various inshore locations and make sure you have the best time on the water possible. From its reefs to flats to backcountry waters, Tampa Bay offers you first-class angling options with plenty of different species to chase. Pick your day and create lots of memories fishing in Florida!
Your trip will start on a restored 22’ Nautic Star center console with enough room for 4 guests. The boat runs on a 225 HP supercharged Mercury Verado engine and uses Garmin GPS and a fishfinder with side scanning and ClearVu. The boat features a wireless trolling motor with a spot lock and an ice-box to store your fish and drinks. The boat has also got a livewell to keep live bait.
Some of the many species you’ll encounter on your trip include Snook, Tarpon, Shark, Gag Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, Flounder, and Sheepshead. You’ll catch your prey by bottom fishing and spinning on light and heavy tackle and you’re allowed to keep your catch. Generally, kids over 8 are welcome to join your trip.
Before you start your trip, you should only bring some snacks. Captain David will take care of all the fishing gear, live bait, drinks, as well as catch cleaning, and his license covers everybody on the boat.

Half Day Trip
Fantastic experience
Dave provided a truly memorable experience for me and my son. He was dedicated to ensuring we were getting the most out of the trip at all times. We saw multiple locations and caught multiple species of fish. He always made sure we had good bait on the hook and provided excellent coaching tips that made a huge difference. Very engaging and very personable. The best part of the trip was at the very end, Dave would not let my 12 year old give up on chasing a snook and made sure he got it before we left, my son now has the biggest catch of his life to look back happily on. Thank you Dave!

Great time, great experience!
Dave is an awesome skipper! He was very knowledgeable about the area, the fish in the waters and the spots to catch them! We came from Colorado to celebrate our anniversary, and Dave showed us a great time. His boat is clean, his rods are well kept, he is great about lining your poles and setting you up for success on the water. The atmosphere on the boat is relaxing with his wonderfully large taste in music. Truly worth every penny, for the fishing and the overall experience. Thanks Dave, for everything. 2-3 Hour Beginner Trip
Captain David made our trip an unforgettable experience!
As first-timers to charter fishing, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Captain David’s knowledge and friendly personality put us at ease right away. He took the time to share his expertise and helped our family create an amazing memory—catching fish and having a blast together. We visited two great spots and caught fish at both. Even though we booked the beginner time slot, he made the most of every minute on the water. Highly recommend!

My husband, 25yr old son and myself really enjoyed our fishing trip with Captain Dave. We caught a wide variety of fish and Dave kept us moving when a spot slowed up. He gave us lots of great tips and also baited all our hooks. I really appreciated he casted mine as well!! The weather was great and a smooth ride.
