Executive Saltwater Charters - 31'T Cape Horn

Executive Saltwater Charters is a full-service private deep sea fishing charter service in Shalimar (just a few miles from Destin, FL) that offers 4 to 10-hour excursions designed specifically around each client, group, or family. Whether it’s a half or full day of fishing, Captain Ryan Cocker or Master Captain Barry Wilson and their crew guarantee a fun day for all.

The crew’s 32’ Cape Horn center console provides plenty of room and seating for up to 6 guests, including kids (age 6 and older please). The boat comes with a wireless trolling motor, livewell, outriggers, ice box and twin engines to make sure you never get stranded. You’ll also have a first mate on board to tend to all your needs including baiting your hook, gaffing the giants, and professionally cleaning your catch at the end of your trip. (First mates are paid via tips only.)

You’ll start off your fishing expedition by a quick stop to catch live bait and then head straight out looking for King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, and Blackfin Tuna nearshore to get you on the fish fast. For the second part of the trip, the Captain will anchor offshore to catch some good eats such as Grouper, Red Snapper, Vermillion Snapper and Amberjack (all contingent on the season).

If joining us for a Pelagic Trolling Only Trip, plan on a quick stop for bait and then head out between 15-25 miles offshore to look for those giant Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Sailfish, Blackfin Tuna.

All rods, reels, tackle, and bait are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. Keep in mind that smoking is not allowed.

Book now for an awesome day on the water and get ready to bring home the catch and memories of a lifetime!

Executive Saltwater Charters has a team of friendly, knowledgeable, and professional captains and crew. The crew is not only great at fishing, but they are also sticklers for safety on the boat and in the water. You'll experience top-notch personal service from a reliable staff. Master Captain Barry is the founder of Executive Saltwater Charters. His lifetime of fishing and former career as a tournament Bass pro on the MLF Pro Circuit makes him one of the region’s most reliable and knowledgeable captains on the water. Barry is a competitor by nature and prior to his fishing career, he competed on the football field as a running back for Auburn University. Barry has a contagious good outlook and attitude towards life. He strives for excellence and is known for always finding the fish and as one of the most personable captains in the Destin area. Captain Ryan joined Executive Saltwater Charters in Spring 2022. He is a New York native, but has called the Florida Panhandle home since the young age of 8. Once he moved to Florida, Ryan spent all his free time with a rod in his hand and grew to have a deep passion for the big blue. He spent a year mastering his love under the realm of Master Captain Barry where his work ethic and character provided him the role of running our largest vessel. Ryan is relentless on the water with the main goal of creating lifetime memories and an enjoyable experience while on board with one of his charters. Ryan is a former collegiate baseball player and when not on the water, he can be found golfing on the beautiful Emerald Coast greens. Don't miss out on a trip with Captain Ryan. His insurmountable accuracy in casting is something worth experiencing!
