Your trip will start on a 32’ Luhr airboat that can accommodate up to 12 guests. It runs on twin 315 HP Cummins engines and uses full-featured navigation technology. The boat’s facilities include a flybridge, toilet, kitchen, shower, as well as bed. It also features snorkeling gear, a livewell, and an ice-box. For any kind of help, be free to ask the first mate.
Using light and heavy tackle, you can bottom and deep sea fish for Gag Grouper, Giant Seabass, Flounder, Gray Triggerfish, as well as Narrow-barred Spanish Mackerel. If you prefer so, you’re free to keep the fish you catch and take it home. Also, bring your kids on your trip and spend a beautiful time together on the sea.
Captain Gabriel will provide all the tackle, live bait, lures, drinks, and licenses. If you decide to keep your catch, he can clean and bag it for you at no extra cost. Just bring some snacks and you’ll be set to go.

Luis and Victor had us straight on to quick and easy start with bait fish, always great to catch something early on, even some of the bait fish were better fishing than that of the party boats!
All throughout the day Luis and Victor took great care of us and got us on some awesome grouper nearing 80lbs!
The guys took care of everything and even got all the fish filleted, on ice and back up to the car for us.
Definitely would recommend the 8hr trip with the crew and the Ecsta-Sea 2 and we are looking forward to booking another trip in the future with some friends so that they can experience how awesome the fishing was!

Fishing with Luis and Victor

My boyfriend and I had never really experienced deep sea fishing. Luis and Victor made it very enjoyable and easy for us. We caught about 20 fish and Luis cleaned and Deboned them on the way back. They packaged them in a perfect way. It was pretty rough due to the waves, but we caught fish and had a great time. Highly recommend.

Second trip with these guys and are very happy. We did a full day. Nice sized bout for about 9 max. Fast enough to get us out quickly and big enough to stay dry and be comfortable. 1st stop for bait fish, caught 20 or so small grouper, Ocean trout, and and other fish one after another. Next went out about 20 miles. We were on the fish immediately. Caught nice sized grouper and sea bass. After 2 hours decided we wanted to catch some triggers as well. Went in much closer and caught triggers until our arms were toast. Crew was on everything immediately. By the time we pulled into port everything was filleted, bagged and ready to go. We had so much we gave half of them to the crew. All in all it couldn't have been better.

We had an amazing fishing trip with Ecsta-Sea 2! The crew was fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Sea of Cortez. They took us to some great spots, and we caught plenty of fish, including seabass, triggerfish, and several other local varieties.
The experience was fun from start to finish, and the crew made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the best parts? They cleaned and filleted all the fish for us so we could enjoy a fresh, delicious meal later!
Highly recommend booking with Ecsta-Sea 2 if you're looking for a memorable and productive fishing experience in the area. We'll definitely be back!

Gabriel and his crew were fantastic! We fish often in Cabo, and this was our first time in Rocky Point. The crew brought us to several spots and overall our group caught over 30 fish mostly including sea bass. The boat was clean, and the equipment was just what we needed.
They suggested Mariscos el mar to have our fish cooked for us. Excellent recommendation! The chef there was experienced in the different fish we caught and made it special for our group of 12.
