We provide you with high-quality equipment, services, and learning experiences to put you on an abundance of species. With flexible hours available, you can choose charters of various duration to best accommodate your schedule. Join Captain Kevin Harrison and have a memorable fishing time in Florida!
Your trip starts aboard a luxurious restored 30’ ProSports Bluewater Special Edition center console running on twin 300 HP Suzuki engines. You’ll enjoy the trip and ride with plenty of comfortable seating – complete with a portable toilet and a bed. The boat is equipped with navigation electronics, outriggers, downriggers, and a livewell. There’s also a multimedia system and an ice-box you can use. In case you any help, feel free to ask the first mate.
Some of the fan-favorite species you can target are Mahi Mahi, a wide diversity of Snapper, Goliath Grouper, Cobia, Kingfish, Sailfish, Shark, and more! You’ll use both light and heavy tackle to attract them by bottom, deep sea, drift, and handline fishing, as well as trolling, spinning, jigging, and popping.
Feel free to keep the fish you catch if you want to. The crew will clean and fillet it for you at the end of the trip for free. Kids are welcome to join aboard, so bring them as well and have a fun-packed fishing adventure together.
Captain Kevin provides the fishing tackle, live bait, lures, as well as licenses, so the only things left for you to bring are the food and drinks of your choice.

I would not keep Looking. Book with Capt Kevin and mate Jack while you have the chance you won’t go wrong. Very knowledgeable helpful and fun. All my kid wanted is a bucket list sailfish and wouldn’t stop talking about it. The boys make it happen. Don’t waste time looking around. We will be back and booking with captain Kevin and Jack.

Captain Kevin and First Mate Jack provided what my family described as “the best fishing trip” experience in Florida for us. Family of four with three teenage boys, we fished the Keys, St Pete, west Palm and Miami. This year we vacationed in Stuart and we are blessed to have booked with Captain Kevin. Kev and his crew were humble, courteous and knowledgeable. We booked a 7 hour offshore trip and had a great time; even through the periods of lull, Kevin and his crew are easy to talk to. Really impressed with First Mate Jack and for his age, really knew the waters, handled the rods, kept the ship clean, friendly and super cool with the boys while working hard. Jack has a good future and is a solid reflection of the all the great qualities of the captain. We also caught various fish including trophy worthy sailfish and a goliath. We LOVED Harrison Chew Charter. The captain were both very knowledgeable and helpful and enjoyable. And we caught tuna, amberjack, mahi mahi, bonito, and sailfish. Best day of fishing I’ve had in years! I strongly recommend!

Captain Kevin went above and beyond on our trip. Any avid fisherman knows that there are just days where the fish don't want to bite and even though we booked on one of those days, the captain and his first mate Jack made sure that we were not going to leave the trip empty handed. Even went over our allotted time to make sure we were able to catch fish. I would highly recommend any one that is looking for a great fishing experience to book with Harrison’s Chew Charters.
