Capt. Ellison will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. He specializes in bottom fishing, trolling, fly fishing, drift fishing, jigging, popping, and spinning, all to get you on that bite. This involves 4-hour trips, mainly fishing for Redfish, Snook, Pompano, Spotted Seatrout, Black Drum, and Groupers, depending on the season and conditions on the day.

Your boat for the day will be a 26’ Sea Chaser that fits up to 4 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with a toilet and wireless trolling motor. All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. All that’s up to you is to use it as best you can. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. You can keep anything you catch, as long as it’s legal to do so.

The boat will be supplied with drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own. Children are welcome aboard so you’re good to get the young ones started early.

Charter with Capt. Cribb

I booked a charter with Capt. Cribb on 7/7/25. My wife, father in law, and 16 year old son joined the trip. Capt. Cribb assisted my wife and son, who had somewhat limited fishing experience, with anything they needed. He was very engaged the whole trip and explained the what, why, and how of what species we were targeting. No question went unanswered and we felt at home on his boat. Boat was comfortable enough for four ppl to fish out of and is rigged nicely with gear and electronics. We caught several Mangrove Snapper and Trout. If you are ever in the Bonita Springs area, I highly suggest booking a charter with Capt. Cribb. You will not be disappointed!

Capt Ellison was fantastic! We had booked a 4hr fishing trip during our stay in Bonita Spring. It was our son’s first time fishing and Capt Ellison was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Due to a thunderstorm, we had to change our charter to later in the day and Capt Ellison was highly communicative throughout. We will definitely charter with Capt Ellison again!

This was such a fun trip. We hooked onto fish right away, and our family of 5 were catching fish all day long. He knew exactly where all the good spots were. He was a great fishing tour guide. I would definitely book with him again in the future!
