Monster Quest FL invites first-timers and seasoned anglers alike to a “monster hunt” you won’t soon forget! Led by Captain Josh, Monster Quest will come to you whether you choose to stay in front of your rental property on the beach or if you’d prefer to stay close to your hotel on the beach. If you’d like to fish from the surf for a chance at a fresh dinner, Captain Josh will be happy to oblige!

Your guide josh will meet you at your desired location with all the fishing equipment and bait needed to catch Pompano, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Spanish Mackerel, Tarpon, Sheepshead, Stingray, Flounder, Ladyfish, Jack Crevalle, and more! The season will determine which species are biting most frequently, but your guide will have you targeting seasonal fish. Up to 15 guests can join a trip ranging from 4 to 7 hours.

Panama City Beach is a year-round fishery, so Monster Quest will always do there best to put you on the fish. Your guide is proud to offer land-based Shark fishing charters as well! An educational, safe, and exciting trip perfect for anglers of any age.

You’ll be using heavy tackle and massive bait to target fully mature Hammerhead, Mako, and Blacktip Shark, along with other ferocious species. For bait, the guide will provide whole Bonito, Jack Crevalle, Stingray, and other bloody bait that will attract predators to your line!

Feel free to bring drinks, snacks, beach chairs, drinks, a camera, beach games, and anything else you like. You’ll also need a valid Florida shoreline fishing license and complete a free online Florida land-based Shark fishing angler course.
