From Ponce Inlet to Mosquito Lagoon, Chubby Mullet Charters welcomes you to get aboard and go inshore fishing! Captain Colt Brown has spent his whole life on these waterways, and he will ensure that you have a fantastic time and Guarantee a lot of fish! Also Macarther waller and Liam garvey will also be running trips as well, all the boys are college students that love to fish and were born and raised with a rod in their hand!
You'll be fishing in his 23 pathfinder bayboat, which can hold up to four fishermen. It's propelled by a brand new Yamaha 200 engine capable of reaching speeds of over 45 knots. It comes equipped with a reliable GPS and fishfinder, allowing you to quickly locate your catch and devote more time to pure angling. Also we just added 2 more boats to our fleet so we can take bigger groups of people for inshore fishing! Also we have just added to our fleet a 19' Spyder with a 115 Suzuki that can draft in 6 inches of water!
Capt. Colt takes care of your fishing license, rods, reels, and tackle, as well as live bait. On board, you'll find a live bait well as well as an icebox where you may properly keep your catch. He'll clean and fillet your fish for you at the end of the expedition. You'll be using, live bait fishing, and jigging with light or heavy tackle.
Whether you're a first-time angler, a novice angler, a seasoned angler, or a family with children, you have a range of trips to select from. Snook, Redfish, Black Drum, and Trout abound in these waters. Also abundant are flounder and tarpon, so be ready to have a great time!
Bottled water is included in the fee, and you are welcome to bring snacks with you. Before you go, make sure that you're dressed appropriately with a cap and sunglasses, and that you have a camera with you. Because you'll want to document your fantastic catch!!

Captain Liam was awesome! We caught so many fish I told my son that I don't know why people say fishing is so hard! Seriously! Captain Liam cleaned and filleted one of our sheepshead fish for us to bring home. We've never had that before and are looking forward to frying it up tomorrow. My son also reeled in a huge Redfish! Took him approximately 10 hard minutes, but it was worth the pics! Overall great time and would do it again without a thought. Thanks Captain Liam!!

We had Captain Liam for a quick 3 hour inshore, Ponce Inlet fishing trip. He is an amazing guy and made the time an absolute treat. We caught 7 keepers for snappers, even though the day was a little slow it was worth every penny. I will be booking again next year when we come for vacation!
We had a great 3 hour trip. We caught; mangrove snapper, flounder, jack, grouper, snook, and a couple puffer fish. We plan on eating our catch for dinner and thankfully Liam was nice enough to filet the catch. He was professional, entertaining, and helped bait the hook and move the fish into the live well. The boat was clean and stocked with water to drink if needed. Thank you for a fun trip, we will see you again the next time we visit Florida.
We started the trip heading out a little bit into open water to catch our bait. A very fun experience. Once we had enough we headed back and were able to catch a variety of fish. We did a catch and release for all the fish. We then headed out again and my grandson was fishing for shark and it was incredible. He was able to catch 5 in a very short time! Liam was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our boat was a little smaller and did not have any sort of sun canopy, so I'm glad I had a hat and sunscreen. I would recommend this trip.

This was our first time trying a private charter and well worth it. We even booked on Easter. My son has always wanted to do this and it was well worth every penny. He caught about 10 fish and the 🦈 got away 2 times but it was on there. Some things we caught were baby hammer head, sting ray, fish with teeth, zebra looking fish, and so much more. We only did a short charter but next time we will be doing a whole day. I'm also disabled and they were amazing to help with whatever he could. We will be back!
