Jus' Chillin Charters is all about fishing the stunning waters of the Halifax River an meeting your expectations! Jus Chillin runs from charters anywhere from Ormond Beach all the way to Mosquito Lagoon to ensure a great experience and catch that trophy fish. With Captain Christian at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Expect a passionate captain to ensure you have an amazing time on the boat.
You'll be casting lines from a 18' Bayliner XL Bay boat that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. There's a portable toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Christian will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures. All bait is included.
You are garunteed to see dolphins an will no doubt have a determined captian to make sure you catch fish!
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, sunblock, & cloths approriate to the weather conditions..
Alcohol is allowed in moderation. There will be some light snacks included on board.
Jus' Chillin Charters will make it easy for you to go fishing in Daytona beach or surrounding areas..

Overwhelmingly successful fishing trip
Half Day Trip – Inshore on May 6, 2026 • 2 adults • 1 child
Not only were we able to catch fish, but we must have caught at least nine different species. We were able to target and catch any type of fish we wanted, and as promised, we couldn’t keep the hook in the water long enough without bringing something up on the line. From sharks to pufferfish and everything in between, we were able to bring our bounty to Millie’s Restaurant and have our fresh catch served any way we wanted. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip one of the best we’ve had yet. 11/10 — would highly recommend!

From leaving the Marina, to returning, Captain Christian was continuously responsive to our every need. Awesome fishing!! He knows all the great spots and keeps you fishing and entertains along the way! we caught so many different varieties of fish, Sheepshead,Whiting, Sailcat,Puffer, Mangrove Snapper etc. Topped off on return to marina , was a school of Dolphins all around the boat , of which he stopped to allow us to enjoy, even though he was on a time restraint for next clients. A must do when visiting Daytona Beach!

Captain Christian navigate us to some hot spots where we caught sharks, sheepshead, jacks, and even a puffer fish. My 12 year old had a fantastic time and can’t wait to book this trip again next year. The whole family would enjoy this trip. Catching a shark at the end of the charter trip was the highlight! I would highly recommend booking this as Captain Christian communicated awesomely when we had to reschedule due to inclement weather.

The Final Hooks!!

We had an amaimg time with Captian Christian! we caught 10 different species of fish, every person caught more than four fish each! He’s a great teacher and finder of a good hull! as we were coming in for the day, he said “one more time” …. both my husband and son caught black top sharks at the same exact time. they both had a fight to reel um in!! Then Cap filleted our fish and suggested we take them to Millie’s restaurant… another great suggestion. delicious!!! it was the perfect day!!

Fun and Fantastic Fishing!

Christian was “chill,” fun, entertaining and an awesome guide. My teen son had a blast and we caughy a varity of species including a pregnant blue crab, a baby hammerhead and a stingray - those were set free, of course :) However, we had a delicious dinner of Whiting, Crevalle jack and Top Sail Cat fish!
