Offshore Outlaws is located in Panama City and calls the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico home. The captain and his team have extensive knowledge of these waters and the different techniques needed to hook and land the fish below. Their goal is to make your trip a memorable one all while ensuring it is done safely.
The captain and crew will do their best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, and trolling.
If turning the handle on these monsters is too much we even have electric reels you can use.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 27 dusky boat that can safely take up to 4 anglers.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day.

4 Hour Trip – Trolling on July 5, 2023 • 4 adults • 2 childrenI would 100% recommend booking with these AMAZING gents. We had the pleasure of doing a 4 hr trip, and it was hands down the best time. We did not catch the biggest fish nor as many as some but its called fishing for a reason! The conversation alone was worth the trip! We could have talked for hours. Capt Dan and his first mate were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything we were doing very well. They laughed and joked around with ours kids and made their day! My daughter even got sea sick and they were very helpful. We will absolutely without a dought be booking with them again, hopefully before Capt Dan retires! Thank you both so much for having us on your boat!!

4 Hour Trip – Trolling on January 31, 2023 • 6 adults • 2 childrenCapt. Dan is great! He was flexible with exactly where we went, based upon preferences we expressed. His first mate, Gary, was full of stories that made for a delightful day. It was very foggy and the Coast Guard closed the pass, so we stayed in the bay, but still had a great time, and managed to catch a nice bunch of Spanish Mackerel. I definitely recommend Capt. Dan and his trips!

5 Hour – Offshore Bottom Fishing on March 16, 2023 • 6 adultsMy crew of 6 had a great day with Dan and Gary! The wind did not make it easy but Dan worked hard to put us on some fish. Gary kept bait on our lines and worked his tail off from the time we stepped foot on the boat til we got off. I hope we get the opportunity to fish with them again the next time we visit.

The Spanish mackerel were biting and we kept busy the whole time. There were snacks and drinks on the boat for us along with a bathroom. Overall worth every penny.

3 Hour Special trolling Mackerel on July 12, 2022 • 6 adultsAlthough we didn’t see much action it was a great 3 hours in the water. Captain Dan tried very hard to make sure we left with something. He even added 30 minutes to our trip just to make sure!! We totaled 17 miles on the water looking! His mate (Gary) was good with the jokes and a helping hand HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Captain Dan was great at getting in touch with us ahead of time so that we knew what was going on and what to expect. We went out on a perfect day - two adults and four teenage daughters - and spent four great hours fishing. Everyone had a really good time and we would happily book this trip again if we ever come back to the Gulf. Thank you for everything!
