These waters are known for Catfish, White Bass, and more – with any luck, it won’t take long to hook into some. You’ll target your catch by spinning, trolling, drifting, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. You’re free to keep some of the fish you catch, assuming they meet regulations.

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!

You’ll be casting lines from a 24’ SeaArk bay boat with a capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Aaron will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect. You can’t go wrong when you bring sunblock (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
