Samaki I is located in Cancún and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters. Come enjoy the spectacular Caribbean waters along with its many species available for an amazing fishing experience.

Samaki I is a 30' Lurhs sport fishing boat powered by twin 315 HP Yanmar engines. This spacious vessel can take up to 6 anglers and Just as the captain's other boat, it is equipped with the best fishing technology and electronics, ready to tackle those biggies out there. The boat also comes with an ice-box.

Capt. Enrique will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 4 to 12-hour trips, mainly fishing for Barracuda, Dolphin, Sailfish, Amberjack, Marlin, and King Mackerel, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as bottom fishing, trolling, and big game fishing.

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip. The boat will be supplied with snacks and drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.

Our pier has a dock fee of $10.00USD

When paying the remaining balance with a credit card, an additional 5% charge will apply.

A $10 dock fee applies to all trips.

1st offshore trip

As first timers, we couldn’t have asked for much more. captain and crew worked hard all day to keep multiple baited lines in the water at all times. Our catch included lots of bonito, a jack crevalle, and a 44” wahoo. They even let my son gaff one and bring it in the boat. Always making sure we had something to drink if we wanted it and had a sandwich prepared for us for lunch. Cooler stocked with soda, water and beer. All crew spoke some english, but it was sometimes difficult to understand. also, just out of curiosity, I would have liked to have been able to understand what they were saying to each other during the day so I would know what was going on. Was really hoping to hook up on a sailfish, but thats fishing. maybe next time!

Our crew mate Edgar was a huge help, landed my 7 ane 3/4 ft sailfish and our captain was so knowledgeable and a huge help in the tour as well!!! was so happt with our experience and with the service. they were clear with the directions and with everything. even cut up a portion of the sail fish and made us a ceviche type dish. would 100% percent reccomend. very great prixe as well! dont miss out ont he chance with these guys!!!!

Barracuda bonanza!

We went on a 4 hour tour with Edgar and Anziel and had an amazing catch. We targeted barracuda and caught 8 including a 46" monster. Lots of fun for me and my two kids! My only suggestion is to double check the address for the marina because there are a couple nearby.

Great day in Cancun

6 Hour Trip on March 8, 2026 • 2 adults

This was my second trip with Samaki 1 I would highly recommend them. They have great experience and and awesome personalities. We ended up with 16 fish. 1 bonito 7 barracuda, one was close to 5' and 30 lbs. we also caught a handful of bottom fish. Great Times thanks again.

WOW! WHAT A DAY!

6 Hour Trip - 1:00 PM on October 3, 2025 • 3 adults

From the time we arrived, to the time we got off the boat, the crew and captain took care of everything. Come drinks and snacks were waiting for us. And the fishing was fantastic. I booked this fishing charter for some time with my son's and it was awesome. The fish were biting and we had many times when there were two fish at the same time. We will definitely be back!
