All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Please make sure to buy a valid fishing license ahead of time. Buffalo Bayou Fishing Champs offers only catch and release trips, so any fish you catch will be returned to the water. The boat will be supplied with cold water for everyone. If you would like to bring additional drinks, then please feel free.

Alex is kind, respectful, slow to speak, knowledgeable, and very good at training people who have never caught monsters. Knew exactly where to go and got us on a 25lb blue and two five foot gator gar. Not recommended for anyone with poor situational awareness. Very powerful fish with big teeth! Be sure to talk to him beforehand about details as the trip we took was not where Fishing Booker said we were going—it was better!
Captain Alex is a knowledgeable, experienced, and very kind captain. We caught a five foot alligator gar! Epic!
