Great experience! Fish on!
Cap’n. Dave was attentive, timely and an active part of our fishing experience from arrival to departure. Reds and Snapper were the fare and we were on fish from start to finish. My son and I had a great time.

We had a fantastic experience and trip with Captain Dave Borries and Captain Todd Philcox. Both Captains were very prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgable and patience. We needed two boats for 7 anglers. We were able to split up on to two boats and cover more ground and had an incredible day of fishing. We caught 15 different species of fish over the course of the morning including flounder, redfish, snapper, black sea bass, speckled trout, yellow trout, stingray, pinfish, angelfish, catfish and more. We also caught two big red bulls both of which were 35+ inches and put up a great fight for the boys. The 3 kids in our group (15 year old boys) had a blast and caught all kinds of fish (even when the tide switched and went slack) on shrimp, mullet and cut bait in some honey holes. When we were done, Captain Dave cleaned and bagged the fish for us at the end of the day too. We went right next door to the Safe Habor restaurant and they cooked (fried, grilled/blackened) the fish for us and it was AWESOME! So fresh. Can’t say enough about Captain Dave and Captain Phil. Highly recommend both these Captains. Mike McCarty - Holly Springs, North Carolina

Captain David obviously has been fishing the inland waters for a long time.  His knowledge of the waters and the habits of the fish were spot on.  We were with him on a day when the fishing was slow; however, he kept working different areas until we caught fish.  Another benefit of the trip, which was unexpected, was the viewing of dolphins, manatees, sea turtles and various shore birds.  It was a fantastic morning with Captain David and we can’t wait until our next outing.
