Capt. Justin will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing on Lake Erie. This involves 5 to 8-hour trips, mainly fishing for Walleye, steelhead and lake trout, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as trolling and jigging.

Your fishing adventure starts on a 30 foot Proline walk around that can safely take up to 6 anglers. The vessel boasts a nearly 11 foot besm with a full head.
The boat is equipped with GPS, fishfinder, and radio electronics.

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Please make sure to buy a valid fishing license ahead of time. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip.

The perfect trip

8 Hour Trip – Walleye on August 2, 2025 • 4 adults

From the time we met up until the time we left everything went smooth and easy. Fantastic crew who put us on the fish immediately. My father and I caught our limit in less than two hours, and that’s with us losing a few. They did a wonderful job cleaning our catch. We will definitely be booking with these guys again.

Great captin great time. Water was a little rough in the morning so we delayed on departure for 3 hrs wich was a great idea still a little rough when we did go but but all 4 caught are limit.

Walleye Trip on Lake Erie

5 Hour Trip – Drift Fishing on June 18, 2024 • 3 adults

There were 3 of us out trying to catch some walleye ... Well Captain Justin on the Family Time Sportfishing made it happen!  We started off drifting for walleye and had some success and then switched over to trolling to finish our trip.  The transition went very smooth and when we were a few short of getting our limits Captain Justin stayed out on the water the extra time until we caught our limit!  The Captain was very knowledgeable and was a lot of fun to fish with... I highly recommend Family Time Sportfishing to anyone looking for a quality fishing experience!
