Make an adventure out of your next trip to Erie and go fishing with Captain Jamie Worth. With Captain Jamie at the helm, you're in knowledgeable and experienced hands.

Depending on conditions, you might hook into Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Walleye, Freshwater Drum, Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), and who knows what else! On these trips, you can expect to use light tackle spinning rods and reels.

The Walleye and Perch caught are yours to keep, so long as they're within the legal limit.

Capt. Jamie operates a Ranger 522D 22' bass boat that holds up to 3 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.

Before coming aboard, you will be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

It's never a bad idea to bring sunblock (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. Proper rain gear and footwear are also required. If you don't have rain gear please ask.

How often would you rather be fishing? Go on and turn that daydream into a reality, with Captain Worth and Worth the Catch Fishing Charters.

All Star of Fishing Guides!
6 Hour Trip on May 25, 20253 adults

This trip was planned as a Surprise adventure for our family. It was definitely "Worth the Catch" and we "caught the Worth!" I booked Jamie by happen chance and it was definitely meant to be. Weather odds were against all of us the prior day of trip and could have been canceled on either side but both ends held out and it was a good thing! We love to Fish and be on the water and from the first meet until the end of the day it was if we had known Jamie forever. He is a master of Fishing but "Worth" so much more . Knowledge in many categories as to what it takes to be the very best Fishing guide to navigation equipment operations and personable people skills and every detail as to make an amazing day for a mom, a dad, and a teen all in one boat if you catch my drift! Not to mention ALL the fish we caught! In a teens version, "60 plus Hogs!" Please be certain to book your trip with Jamie and I believe no matter young or seasoned, male, female, family or whatever group you are Jamiehas the skills that will make the day "Worth" it all! Bonus: jokes laughs awesome photos and just plain old great people time! Don't hesitate, just book the trip!
