Capt. Jarrod will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 3 to 10-hour trips, mainly fishing for Snook, Snapper, Redfish, Tarpon, Spotted Seatrout, and King Mackerel, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, fly fishing, jigging, and spinning.

Your fishing adventure starts on a 24’ Carolina Skiff boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers.

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day, cooler space, dry storage, and ice. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip. Just bring some snacks and drinks. Alcohol is okay but make sure not to bring glass.

    As a captain and someone who is literally addicted to fishing, your captain strongly recommends a 6-hour trip for the angler. This is a good option if you’d like to target a specific species. You leave the dock at 8:00 a.m. and get back at 2:00 p.m. (time may vary)

    You are with the captain for the entire day, or until you are satisfied. These are long stays on the water and are not recommended for children. You can stop and have lunch anywhere on the water. Bring sunscreen, glasses, a hat, and plan to have a full day of seeing the beautiful waters of Anna Maria Island.

    These Tarpon trips are for the serious angler wanting to scratch off a bucket list fish. The times of pickup vary. The trip is a minimum of 4 hours and will include all fishing gear, licenses, bait, and water. Note: you will usually only be able to fish one or two rods at a time. Another note: It is best to contact the captain before booking this trip. The season is usually May/June.
