Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Tripletail, Tarpon, Permit, Snook, Speckled Trout, Redfish, Pompano, Gag Grouper, Flounder, Mangrove Snapper, Hogfish, Jack Crevalle, and whatever else takes the bait.

You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Trips with Off The Dock Charters are fun for all ages, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!

Capt. Chandler will bring you aboard a 24' Bay boat with room for 6 passengers. It has all the essentials.

You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

It's always wise to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
