Split Sportfishing - Tuna Licensed 

This is one of the most memorable excursions from our honeymoon. Our guide, Ante, was knowledgeable, hospitable, and a great guy. It was obvious from the get-go he took care of his boat. This was a much more relaxed setting than I was anticipating. It didn't matter if you had never fished for anything before. We were lucky and caught a squid on the first cast. From there, we had great tunes, conversations, and wine. We ended up taking some squid with us and cooking them in our air BnB. The "live well" is a work of engineering and art. This is exactly what you are looking for.

We booked a late trip and luckily captain Ante was able to take us out for some SQUID 🐙. Unfortunately, I did not catch one, but my wife did!

Wow, what a trip 😀😀. From the moment we set foot on board we knew we were in good hands. What a great guy Ante is, a joy to be around who made the day fun, educational whilst also catering for all our needs, we couldn’t have asked for more. The trip was a gift to celebrate my 50th birthday and what a birthday treat it was. My wife, son (17) and myself thoroughly enjoyed the day and managed to land 4No huge John Doreys, we also managed to hook the dream tuna but unfortunately did not land it. I would higly recommend this trip, not only for the fishing but to spend the day with Ante who made it all worthwhile. We had the absolute best experience with Ante! The trip included myself, my husband, and our two kids (10 and 13). It was our last day in Croatia and we were celebrating my son’s 13th birthday. It ended up being the best day of our 10 days in Croatia. Ante knew all the best spots and did a great job of switching things up to make sure we had the best chance of success. The highlight-catching two bluefin tuna! He was great with our kids and everyone had plenty of action. We stopped for a swim while he grilled up some of our catch and made us a delicious lunch. Me and my friends wanted to go fishing and spontaneously decided to book a guide. The whole process before booking was quick and easy. Our Captian was a very lovely person. He was polite, funny just a very nice person. We asked if it was possible to get picked up at Milna and it was no problem. It helped us alot. For fishing: We had a great time and it was the perfect fishing experience. The luck was not on our side that day, but our captian brought us to the best places and we still managed to get some red-snappers, around 7-8 Kg. We got told when and where and which seasons different fishes are catchable. On board were enough rods for all of us, all kinds of drinks and snacks and pastries. Thanks again for the great time :)

An awesome trip! We are 3 adults who went on the sunset squid trip in early June. Captain Ante is friendly and knowledgeable. He provided 3 rods so we all were able to fish at the same time. Very nice boat with plenty of space, and a really cool fish box with a window in the transom, so we could watch our catch swim around. Saw some dolphins! Which did mean they were eating everything, so we weren’t catching too much, but was neat to see them. The water started boiling with bonito so we switched over real quick to try to catch some — I’m not great at casting far, but Ante readily helped cast out my line, which was definitely appreciated. We had a beautiful sunset out on the water, a warm night, still water, and a bright moon. And we all caught squid! A great experience and we’re all very happy we went.
