Captain Trey was more than you can ask for. He showed us the fish (reds and speckled trout) and guided us as an excellent Captain. My Father has been battling lung cancer for quite some time and now because of Captain Trey, he fulfilled another experience on his bucket list, speckled trout. He provided him with assistance above and beyond my expectations. I honestly could not have asked for a better morning with my Father. I will definitely recommend him for anyone wanting to have a great fishing experience and will see if he is available next go round. Thanks again to Captain Trey.

Weather looked pretty dodgy for the morning of our charter but Captain Trey was very accessible on the days leading in to discuss all options. We ended up going out with my wife and daughter but then the wind/rain returned in force and made things uncomfortable on the water. Captain Trey was gracious enough to return to the dock without complaint to drop them off, and the offered to continue the charter. We slogged through the rain and wind and pretty soon Captain Trey put us on the fish and we started landing keeper sized trout and redfish. Captain offered to clean then for me but I opted to release and provide someone else an opportunity at a later date - when they might even be bigger. All around an amazing experience and I can't thank Captain Trey enough for his hospitality towards my wife and daughter (5 yo), and willingness to go above and beyond to keep them comfortable. I cannot recommend him enough and will certainly call him again on our next visit.

I took my preteen son on this trip with me, my wife bought it as a Father’s Day present. It was good we caught sting ray, blue crab, shark, and many types of fish. The shark broke the hook just as it surfaced on the water. The sting ray we never pulled up just let go on top of water. We did catch and release, most the fish we caught were on the smaller side but for inland fishing, and they hadn’t had rain in a while it wasn’t that bad. We did catch a lot of the smaller fish! Mr. Wagner was very nice, super friendly and very helpful.

Trey made I had every thing I need, my level of fishing and comfort of what we were fishing for. I rolled up to his home, business beautiful dock access dock house access. His boat is an excellent powerful smooth well maintained watercraft. The gear tackle bait live local shrimp and artificial were perfect for the species we were in pursuit of. Capt. Trey set my expectations properly, fishing been hot or miss due to early season but we will find the fish. We left dock followed a majestic Pod of Bottle Nose Dolphins out to the mouth of the river towards the sandbar. We fished the sunken tree areas drifting with live shrimp while tossing weighted twisty grub. We headed by to the creek and marshy grass dock structures then back to the sand bar. Capt. Trey shared some very informative information history and angler knowledge with me. Fish species habitats feeding etc. The 24 footer boat was comfortable and stable. Capt. Trey boat is also equipped with a state of the art series of marine electronics and dead in control Minn Kota bow mounted guidance heavy duty trolling Motor. Keep us on target all the time in the fish holes during tide change in the submerged fishing spots. We had get conversation outstanding weather and great fishing. When Capt. Trey stated “we will find and catch the fish” (Speckled Sea Trout Snapper Blues, possibly Black Drum, Red Fish and Flounder, he was spot on a Captain of his word. We caught 20 Speckled Sea Trout, (10) 14 - 18 inches (exciting on his new light tackle). A couple of Snapper Blues catch and release. I took tow 18” home and had them fresh flapping in the pan for dinner with my wife that evening. Thank you Capt Trey you are o fantastic Capt fisherman and knowledgeable about your fishing area.
