St. Petersburg has a fish with your name on it, so let Slot Boys Charters help you catch it! With Captain Dillon at the helm, you’ll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Snook, Gag Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Spanish Mackerel, Redfish, Grunt, Sheepshead, Blacktip Shark, Bonnethead Shark, Bull Shark, Nurse Shark, and anything else that bites.
You can expect to do some spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
If you’re traveling with the family, youwill be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
Your boat for the day is a 20’ Center console with capacity for 6 passengers. It has and everything else you need for a productive day on the water.
Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Have in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.
It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Slot Boys Charters will make it easy for you to go fishing in St. Petersburg. If you’ve made it this far, ask yourself what’s stopping me from planning my favorite memory on the water?
