Twisted Arrow Outfitters invites you to join them for an amazing day on the water. Based in San Antonio, TX, this charter offers fishing trips year round, on Fridays and weekends. No previous fishing experience is needed, as the crew will teach you everything you need to know right on the spot. All trips are family-friendly and Captain Patrick encourages you to bring your kids and get them to love the outdoors.
You’ll be fishing on a 22’ Grizzly that accommodates up to 5 guests. This center console is powered by a 150 HP Mercury engine and will quickly take you to your fishing spot. The boat features navigational electronics, safety gear, a live bait tank, and a wireless trolling engine. No matter where you go, you can count on a safe and reliable ride.
The trip will take you Choke Canyon, well-known for its world-renowned Crappie! You can also get big Flathead Catfish and Gaspergoo while fishing main lake brush piles. Captain Patrick has been fishing and guiding on Choke Canyon for over 20 years and has sunken and maintained multiple brush piles that are always loaded with big Crappie!
All your fishing equipment and fresh water are included in the price. Captain will also clean and fillet your catch after the trip. Make sure to bring your fishing licenses and pack some snacks for the day.

My sons and I enjoyed our fishing trip with Patrick, who immediately put us on fish; and kept it going. He gave great instruction and was patient with the boys. Additionally, he was fun to get to know and chat with. We are looking forward to our next trip!
