Welcome to Send It Charter Fishing in beautiful Ft. Myers, FL! A near-native Floridian, Capt. Joe Sagi has been exploring, navigating, and fishing SWFL’s teeming waterways since the ripe old age of one! An experienced and friendly angler and guide, Joe is familiar with the area’s exceptional inshore, flats, nearshore, and backcountry fishing spots, and is excited to share them with you. He will cater a trip designed with you and your needs at the forefront of your time together.
Your excursion will begin on a 23’ center-console Dorado, complete with a 200 HP Suzuki engine (max cruising speed of 40 knots), GPS, Fishfinder, live bait well, and trolling motor. While some charters will offer 18’ boats and suggest that they can comfortably accommodate five people, Capt. Joe honestly thinks that having four people on his boat allows for the most comfort and enjoyment for everyone.
Depending upon the season, the type of tackle (light/heavy, bait/lures) you’re using, and the conditions of the day, you can target a variety of fish species: Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout. And Tarpon, especially, seems to love Capt. Joe!
Capt. Joe will provide for all your fishing needs: rods, reels, and tackle; lures; live bait; and even fishing licenses! He also will provide plenty of ice and bottled water for those sunny Florida days. And because he fell in love with fishing at such a young age, Capt. Joe welcomes children aboard. He’d love to see them get “hooked” on the sport, too! You’ll have the opportunity to catch and release any fish during your excursion. Or, at the end of the trip, Capt. Joe will happily clean and fillet your catch so you can enjoy it at home. There’s nothing more amazing than the taste of fresh fish that *you* have caught!
Just bring yourself, your friends, and whatever food or other beverages you’ll need, and get ready to have a great time. Capt. Joe will make sure of it!

Fantastic Captain
Me and my family had an amazing time out with Capt Joe. He asked what we wanted and I left it up to him, so glad I did he took us to slay some snappers and fill the cooler, then we hit some snooks and after they quit biting we landed a couple redfish and to round out the inshore slam we ran to a trout flat. It was my 10 year old daughter’s first time out, she had a blast he was quick with the bait. Literally nothing to complain about. Keep it up, will use again.

6 Hour Trip
April Fishing
I bought this charter for my boyfriend’s birthday and we had an absolute blast! Even though it was a super windy day we still caught some pretty cool fish. We’re from Michigan, so salt water fishing is out of our element but Captain Joe was very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. I do wish he would’ve let us take more pictures holding the fish only because this was something new for us, but still an amazing time! He made sure we had dinner and cleaned it for us! 10/10 would recommend!

Capt Joe is Awesome!
We left the details to Capt Joe. Simply told him we just wanted to catch fish. He asked if we wanted dinner or to throw back. We weren’t keeping what we caught. He took us out and the three of us must have caught over 20 fish each. Trout were fun. Snook were a nice little fight. Capt Joe knew just where to find them. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to book our next trip with him.

Great Day on the Water
Captain Joe put us on the fish at each spot we went to. We'd go to a spot, catch immediately, hang there until it slowed down, then move to another spot and repeat. Plenty of action with snook and trout. The surprise of the day was when a 4 foot bull shark slammed a snook on our line, stayed on the line for about a 3 minute battle, until he jumped out of the water and broke the line.

Amazing Experience!
My time on Captain Joe’s boat was nothing short of amazing. He knew so many good spots and we caught so many fish including, Catfish, Grouper, Jacks, Snook (huge ones) and Red Snapper for dinner! Captain Joe was helpful, attentive and friendly. We plan on returning for another charter in the future. I highly recommend!
