Barracudaville Charters is a Federally Permitted 30 ft Dorado. Operated by 3rd Gen. Capt. Mark Maloney. Having Federal Permits allows us to fish past 9 miles! A "must have" for Offshore. (Typically where the better fishing grounds are.)
We offer both Offshore and Inshore charters. Our large 30ft. Dorado
is a locally designed sportfishing boat is perfectly suited for the Gulf and Bay. Considered one of the most comfortable boats on the Gulf. 3-in cushions, and Marine bean bag chairs provide you with a soft comfortable ride for up to 6 clients. (Your group of 6 can even sit in the same area if desired for a great family experience.)
You have your choice of Gulf of Mexico or Tampa Bay Sportfishing, Another advantage with BarracudaVille!

Our 30’ Dorado. Complete with T-top ÀND a Bimini for extra shade if needed. Powered by a 300 HP Suzuki, Jack plate ( equipped with advanced fishing technology, including several GPS sonars, GPS trolling motor huge live bait well.

Explore the inshore waters of Tampa Bay or head offshore into the Gulf of Mexico. Fishing inshore takes you to shallow flats, mangrove islands, bridges docks and passes where you can fish for Redfish, Trout, Snook, or even Tarpon when the season and tide is right.
Or you can head offshore and catch bigger fish such as Barracuda, Kingfish, Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, Mahi Mahi and more.
Depending on the trip booked and season. Capt. Mark might take you anywhere between 5 and 45 miles from shore. For the biggest specimens, you All species are not caught inside 20 miles!
Barracudaville Charters provides your fishing license and all your gear. We are very flexible and easygoing and always try to cater to each client.

Half Day Trip - Offshore (AM)
Great son and father experience.
My son and I were looking for a good fishing adventure. We hire Captain Mark services. Initially we have booked for a 1/2 day am, but unfortunately weather was not good, we followed Captain Mark suggestion and rescheduled for the next day a 3/4 day pm. We appreciate the advise of the Captain, otherwise the experience wouldn’t been as fun and pleasant as it was. My son (11) is very into fishing, he had a lot of questions and Captain Mark was great addressing all of them. I truly recommend hiring Barracudaville/Captain Mark services. We were able to catch a vast variety of fishes, including some large king mackerel.

Captain Mark Delivers!
Our trip went perfectly and we would absolutely recommend Captain Mark to anyone considering a fishing trip in the Tampa/St Pete area. He was knowledgeable, organized, and safe. While we had hoped to make it out for some offshore fishing, Captain Mark explained the day’s weather forecast and projected conditions and he suggested we stay in the bay for some local fishing. That was absolutely the right call as the wind picked up and the swells offshore would’ve been too much. We had a blast fishing in the bay and everyone on our trip caught multiple fish. If we’re in the region again we’re definitely coming back to see Captain Mark!

Sometimes flexibility is a must
Mark was amazing. 2 out of 4 us got seasick about 25 miles out. He didn’t blink an eye. Said we can pivot and do some nearshore fishing which we did and had a great day and brought back a cooler full of fish!

3/4 Day Trip - Offshore
Fishing is not a hobby it is a lifestyle.
Captain Maloney is a very knowledgeable Captain. He knows where to go to get what you want. Unfortunately, none of us can guarantee the fish you want will be there, but he puts you on fish. Be ready to fight because he's not putting you on little fish. Thanks Captain Maloney at barracudaville. I will be back.

We had an incredible day on the water with BarracudaVille. We had a nice day to fish and they were biting all day. Captain Mark went above and beyond, he always made sure we had bait on our hooks, and was right there to take the fish off need be. He recommended a place to take our fish prepared to eat and had them cleaned up in no time for us to get them cooked up. Our group highly recommends BarracudaVille, we hope to get the chance again.
